Came across this salon and I am really glad I did. One thing I immediately appreciated was how easy the parking situation was. There is plenty of parking nearby, which already made the visit less stressful. I called ahead to schedule an appointment and the process was smooth and friendly from the start. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and seated within a few minutes. The salon itself was clean, well organized, nicely lit, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything looked well maintained, including the pedicure stations and tools, which is always something I pay attention to when trying a new salon. The atmosphere felt relaxing without being overly loud or crowded. I also loved their neon "Good Nails Good Mood" sign because honestly, it fit the experience perfectly. Andy did my pedicure and was both professional and personable throughout the appointment. He took his time and did not make the service feel rushed, even though I chose the express pedicure. The shaping and polish application were clean and precise, and he paid attention to detail around the cuticles and edges. The hot towel and lotion massage were a nice touch and made the service feel more elevated than a typical express pedicure. My nails turned out really pretty, clean, and polished. Overall, the combination of customer service, cleanliness, and quality work made this a great experience and definitely put me in a good mood. I decided to try J'adore Nail Bar today and I'm really glad I did. The space is clean, new, and has a really nice high-end vibe. My nail tech was so sweet and accommodating. I had a specific inspo for how I wanted my nails to look, and she helped me find the right color and was really patient through the whole process. I'm honestly pretty picky about who does my nails, I'll even look through their work before booking, so I was a little nervous going in. She was really gentle when doing my nails which I really appreciate since I've been nicked before at a different nail salon and pretty much got ptsd from that lol. I ended up being really impressed with the results. Everyone there seems talented and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. You can tell they care about their work and their clients. They also do fun things like raffles where you can win prizes, which I thought was a nice touch. I've been struggling to find a nail spot I really like, and this might be it for me. The quality was amazing, super clean work, precise French lines, and the gems were placed perfectly. My toes look so elegant and festive at the same time. I stopped by during their grand opening and had a good experience. I walked in with no appointment, and with a steady flow of customers they got me seated right away. I really appreciated that. It's super cute, clean, and inviting inside. The nail display has tons of colors to choose from. I ended up with T and I'm glad I did. My coffin-shaped cat eye nails came out beautiful. This place is a complete rip off and tries to add additional charges for things that are part of your service. I came in for a fill recently, my nails were already shaped as coffin. The nail tech asked if I was keeping the same shape, to which I said yes. Once I was ready to pay, she tried adding a $10 charge to "change" the shape of my nails. First of all, it was the same shape. Secondly, isn't filing and shaping part of a fill? To add insult, the nail tech then said she'd give me a $5 discount. WTH?? A discount on a false charge?!? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you do decide to try it, make sure you verify your charges. Also, the fills are crappy and my nails lifted within a week. Ive been to a few salons looking for a good one! I finally found it!! I went in and took me in right away, I got a deluxe pedi and oh my such a good pedi too!! They used a hot stone and it felt great! As for my nails I love them!! Both techs were very attentive to detail! And even with other people in the salon! And I love that some rush to get you out so theh can get the other person in but here they were actually attentive! Will definitely be my go to salon from now on! read more

Very nice salon, new owners, new name etc.... There were 4 workers in there and they were all so so nice and pleasant. I can't remember the guys name that did my nails and toes, I think Ryan, he was super nice. My nails look great, my only complaint was that they were so sharp I had to file them down a bit, and the nails are a tad bumpy. However, I'll definitely be back. This was my second visit to J'adore Nail Bar. My first experience was excellent, which is why this visit was so disappointing. The technician who did my pedicure the first time no longer works there, and there appears to have been significant staff turnover. I specifically told my technician that I do not like thick, lumpy polish on my toenails. After the second coat, I asked him not to apply a third coat. I explained that I would rather have slightly uneven coverage than thick polish. He applied the third coat anyway, and my toenails ended up exactly as I had hoped to avoid. I also paid extra for a flower design, which was not nearly as polished as the work I received during my first visit. What bothered me most was how the issue was handled. I raised my concern with the technician and  four other staff members. Every person told me the third coat was necessary, despite the fact that I had specifically asked not to have it applied. No one offered a solution while I was still in the salon. Only after I had paid, left the salon, and was in the parking lot at my car did someone come outside and ask if I wanted my toes redone. Had that been offered when I first raised the issue, I would have accepted. I know this salon is capable of excellent work because I experienced it on my first visit. Unfortunately, this visit fell well short of that standard. read more

Terrible nail service! I came on Saturday with my two daughters to get our nails done paid over $200. Then on my oldest daughter, her nails started to peel and were cracked on the side of practically every single nail due to the technician filing her nails so finely that it started to crack her nails. My other daughter, her gel nails started to peel on Monday. So I called on Wednesday to see if they can take my girls as the nails needed to be redone. I get there with my girls and I showed the technician my oldest daughter's nails the ones that were peeled and were cracked. She basically said that my daughter was picking at her nails and that's why they all cracked! My daughter has been getting her nails for the last year with gel nails and this has never happened so she said OK. We will go ahead and redo them. Then I proceeded to go to the technician, that technician, I explained to him that my daughter needed to get gel X nails because the nails are cracked down to the bottom of her nail so we would not be able to do gel other than do the gel X. So I explained to him I'm fine with paying the difference for the new set but that I should not pay the entire service as I already paid for service on Saturday and due to their technician work I had to redo the nails. I was trying to be affair and say let's go half or on the service then he said no I'm gonna give you only $10 off and I said do you understand I paid $200 on Saturday for all of our sets and now I'm gonna have to pay another $50. I'm OK with paying 25 but not 50 then he said " oh no, whole new set!" I said yeah due to your technicians work so then I said whatever just go ahead and continue doing it. I was texting my husband to tell him I was so dissatisfied with their attitude, their service and also with this new price, maybe I should leave a yelp review. Some how some way another technician read my text message and told this technician. Then this technician jump yelled "I am not gonna allow you to ruin my business. I can't do this!" Proceeded to walk to the front of the store and yelling telling me to leave and that he was gonna refund my money. He left my daughter half nails done. And I walk up to the front and I told them I'm not here to get a free service. I'm here only to be fair. I'm having to redo my daughter's nails because your technician did an awful job. I said you can keep your money. I'm not looking for charity. You obviously needit more than I do. I walked out, while I'm walking out he stops my 13-year-old daughter and said take the money. I said "Please don't do that, please do not talk to my daughter. I already told you I wasn't looking for a free service but you got offended, you got defensive just because I told you I didn't think it was fair to pay $50 when I've already paid 200. You're the one that's acting ridiculous. You're the one that's getting all crazy . Keep your money cause you obviously need it more than I do." Now this is 10 minutes till seven and I still had yet to get my daughter's nails done because she had a big event the next day. So unfortunately this nail place left my daughter without her nails being done. I would advise if you wanna get your nails done DONT come here! make sure you don't because they will throw you out and tell you never come back if you don't like their nail service.
