Because every time I see Hailey for a facial it is wonderful and relaxing. She takes such great care of my skin. I've been going to her for almost a year now except my visit this last May I saw someone else because Hailey wasn't available. I didn't like it as much. It felt rushed and she wasn't as gentle as Hailey. I am so relaxed with Hailey I almost nod off sometimes. She is the best! Overall the cleanliness of the spa, the products, and friendly staff (especially Hailey) are why I keep coming back. read more

Clean, friendly and overall good customer service. I got the pretty kitty service and they really make sure to leave you feeling pretty.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The space is clean, cozy, and relaxing--exactly what you want in a spa. Carmela truly took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel heard, which I really appreciated. The products used felt amazing on my skin, and I was genuinely happy with the results. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely be coming back. read more

FIVE STARS I had an amazing experience at Glow SkinRx from start to finish! The atmosphere was calming, the girls who greeted me and work in the front were all so sweet & professional, and my skin felt amazing afterward. I had my facial with Kathy, I let her know I'm dealing with both acne and wrinkles, and she was able to truly customize and tailor the facial to my skin's needs. They use high-quality Korean and organic products, which made my skin feel so nourished and healthy. She was knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain what she was doing, she was amazing. My skin felt refreshed, balanced, and glowing afterward. Such a great experience . I highly recommend Kathy and the girls at Glow Skin Rx!!! read more

Consistently good, results based facials! My skin loves it there! The staff is amazing and the salon very inviting!

Kathy is simply wonderful and knowledgeable! She works her magic and leaves your skin feeling like baby soft skin each time! I have been following the regiment she put me on and people always tell me I look 10-15 years younger than I actually am! I have never done Botox or fillers just follow the routine she has me on and do regular facials with her and I love my skin! Thank you Kathy! read more

I've been looking for a place to start getting regular facials - as I'm now 30 years old & trying to take care of my skin. My mom recommended Decadence & I'm so glad she did! Soren is amazing (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!). She is kind, professional, and takes good care of my skin. I've done a regular facial & microdermabrasion treatment. Both were great! The products smell good, the facility is clean & very relaxing. I've always had amazing customer service every time I've been! I will continue to go and get my monthly facials from Soren & would love to try the sugaring waxing in the future. 5 stars! read more

This place is a hidden gem. Gorgeous on the inside and smells like pure heaven. The front desk gal was super sweet and helpful. I got a dermaplane facial with Kathy. She was super sweet, friendly and knowledgeable in her field. Looking forward to my next visit! 10/10 recommend. read more

Had a great facial with a peel and Korean stem cell treatment. The table was very comfortable and it was one of the best facials I have had. It means I no longer have to go to the SFV for my facials which is great. My only caveat was that I was not told about aftercare which I looked up and found out I need to drink a lot of water, not use certain ingredients in facial products on my face and I checked my Laneige products and they were fine, wear sunscreen and quite a few more things. That is very minor though and I love this spa. read more

i went in for a full brazillan with sugaring wax. I'm very impreseed with the service and will be returning. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The environment is nice, clean, and relaxing. i highly recommend this spa. read more

I have to start off by saying Carmella is the best! She greeted me with a smile, was kind, caring, considerate and very informative! Now why the 4-star review and not 5? I had my first visit here and my very first facial ever several months ago. The esthetician that helped me prior wasn't as considerate. During my facial I had to be surprised on what was going on or coming up next. I didn't like the fact that I told this person this is my very first facial and they didn't seem to care to explain anything to me. Especially when the extractions part came, I was like, "wow!" I honestly hesitated to come back. But with Carmella, she was just a true pleasure to be around. I will only come back and have Carmella be my go-to gal! 5-stars for Carmella. read more

They have an amazing staff here!!! I've had facials and waxing and I'm never disappointed! Can't wait for my next facial! Everyone there is absolutely awesome! So friendly and helpful. I was having problems with face breaking out and they recommended some products to use at home and I LOVE all of them. Helped my face so much!! Thank you Decadence Organic Beauty, you all are amazing!!!! read more

I went here for lip & chin waxing Personally, one aspect I like is that I can get an appointment online without having to call. Pros: - Online booking system is easy to use and very user friendly - Waxing job; Overall, really nice job and paid attention to details Cons: - My waxer and the receptionist either were not wearing a mask or wore their mask improperly; for me, this is a deal breaker as were are still in a pandemic. Overall, I probably wouldn't go back unless it was an emergency. read more
