Soren is amazing (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!). She is kind, professional, and takes good care of my skin. I've done a regular facial & microdermabrasion treatment. Both were great! The products smell good, the facility is clean & very relaxing. I've always had amazing customer service every time I've been! I will continue to go and get my monthly facials from Soren & would love to try the sugaring waxing in the future. 5 stars! read more

Had a great facial with a peel and Korean stem cell treatment. The table was very comfortable and it was one of the best facials I have had. It means I no longer have to go to the SFV for my facials which is great. My only caveat was that I was not told about aftercare which I looked up and found out I need to drink a lot of water, not use certain ingredients in facial products on my face and I checked my Laneige products and they were fine, wear sunscreen and quite a few more things. That is very minor though and I love this spa. read more

I had my first visit here and my very first facial ever several months ago. The esthetician that helped me prior wasn't as considerate. During my facial I had to be surprised on what was going on or coming up next. I didn't like the fact that I told this person this is my very first facial and they didn't seem to care to explain anything to me. Especially when the extractions part came, I was like, "wow!" I went here for lip & chin waxing Personally, one aspect I like is that I can get an appointment online without having to call. Pros: - Online booking system is easy to use and very user friendly - Waxing job; Overall, really nice job and paid attention to details Cons: - My waxer and the receptionist either were not wearing a mask or wore their mask improperly; for me, this is a deal breaker as were are still in a pandemic.
