I just want to say, Van is literally the only person who does my eyebrows amazingly. They always come out perfect and even. I've been going to her for 20+ years. I've made the mistake of going to places closer to where I live, and that has been the biggest mistake because everyone else does my eyebrows unevenly, too thin, or leaves gaps in them. Then I have to suffer through letting them grow back out. My sister even waits until she comes down from Reno to visit just so she can see Van because she's the only person she trusts with her eyebrows. Please believe me when I say Van is one of a kind and truly knows how to shape any eyebrow!!!! read more

I always like van & mike. Not sure who the other lady's name is. She did good work but I think maybe because she doesn't really speak English she comes across kinda rude. First she kept trying to talk me into doing gel for my pedicure I said no because I knew gel was more expensive. I've had it before so I knew. She said "regular be see through" I thought no it isn't lol and this just polish on my toes not a dress. Lol then I decided on a basic pedicure. She told me the 2nd more expensive would be better for me. And then I'm used to when your toes are done they put those little cotton things between your toes or put you on some plastic slippers and help you get your shoes back on. She just left my toes on the towel & walked away. Needless to say she didn't get a tip. Like I said I don't know whether it's the language barrier or what but just came across dry. And don't try to push people to getting anything more than what their asking for. You come across as rude, greedy for money & pushy . Not good customer service. read more

Jolies nails is truly a staple to this community. I have two older sisters that have been going to jolies nails since they were in middle school (one is 31y/o and the other is 28y/o). Since they were satisfied with her service it made my younger self at the time have faith in Jolie as well. I was 13 years old when i first went to Jolies and i'm 23 years old now. Never have left dissatisfied or disappointed. I've told many people about Jolies nails and i will continue to do so. She's very nice, contributes to the community, and does AMAZING services. No one else in the community like her. I've never let anyone (not even myself) touch my eyebrows! I leave that to the professionals aka Miss Vivian!! read more
