We walked in for our appointment early expecting to need time to pick colors and they sat us right away and started working. They treated my 6 yr old like an equal participant and took good care of her needs and nails and were kind and patient. Not how we were treated at balisima. Same with me. My pedicurist even continued to massage while the timer beeped for a short bit instead of rushing to be done. Much appreciated. He is also taking great care, paying good attention to detail and fixing any issues as he sees them. Also very relaxing. Its quiete, no loud repetative noises, people talking at normal volume and classic sounds of a nail salon. Enjoyable. Ive had less than nice service at other places around town and this place stands out as amazing in my book. I will say I felt a little rushed by being sat down so quickly and pelted with questions of what services we wanted. But I will be more prepared next time. And all the workers were just awesome I also did not love the physical stretch bending i had to do to get my hand in the UV machine when in the massage chair.

I saw on yelp that this place had pretty good ratings, and we were in the same plaza having lunch. So glad we did. Melissa and her husband Jason are the sweetest people. So very welcoming and held great conversations with both my mother and I. We talked about traveling, cuisine, and even found we used to live in the same area years ago. They offered both water and coffee to every customer that walked in. Customer service is the first thing I look for when going to nail salons, second is quality of the work. As for our nails, we love them. Melissa listened to what I wanted exactly, and executed just that. My mom is super picky when she gets hers done, but Melissa did her nails sooo well. My mom is obsessed with them. My pedicure was done great. I'm very particular about my feet being clean and another employee did them amazingly. My feet are super soft and look so cute. They have a huge selection of colors, both gel, powder and regular. I've found my new nail spot and will be referring all of my friends here.

How they came out so different, i have no clue but i was so pissed off. I called the next day and she said to wait two weeks for the scabbing to come off. I even went it and showed her. She agreed they were not even. When it was time to go back she again said to draw them on how i want them but i didnt because obviously that didnt work the first time. So she had a little attitude irritated that she had to draw on the parts she initially messed up. When she was done i looked in the mirror and oh my god she drew like 2 huge blocks so i asked for the tissue and said ill draw them myself. To which she replied, "well thats what i said to do in the first place" and i said, " you said to do that the first time and look how they came out!" I then got up and told her nvm i wont be back again. Now my eyebrows are permanently uneven. Im so upset. and ive been going here for a while to get my nails done, no complaints there. I LOVE Chloe for lashes and Brenda for nails, although everyone else I've had has done a pretty good job too. My lashes always last pretty nicely. I've gotten gel on my toes and they last as good as day one pretty much until they grow out. Mostly I get a basic manicure and pedicure and whatever nail shape I ask, or specifications I need, they can take care of. Over the years, I have seen once in a while, there's a certain type of customer that will come in, get their service, and have a meltdown/make a loud scene looking specifically to get out of paying which I have seen in other salons too. It happens. I am always impressed at how professionally and tactfully the employees respond to those kinds of situations. Overall, I appreciate the service they provide, their presence in the community and would like to see them continue be a part of it. Unfortunately, this salon lacks professionalism, consistency, and accountability. They require a $25 deposit, so I strongly recommend keeping track of your payments. Pricing is not consistent, and if you're not paying attention, you may be overcharged. I had to go back and check my Zelle history to confirm what I've actually paid in the past. My usual nail tech, Ethan, is currently on leave, so Tina did my acrylic set. She attempted to charge me more than what I've consistently been paying. When I politely addressed it and even showed proof, she became combative and handled the situation unprofessionally in front of other customers, stating, "the price is what it is." During the service, the technique was very drill-heavy and repeatedly painful. I've had acrylics done many times, and this level of discomfort was not normal. She even stopped in the middle of my service to complete another client's pedicure, casually asking if she could come back "in a minute," which was unprofessional and delayed my appointment. When I canceled my future appointment, she also attempted to deduct my deposit incorrectly, keeping an extra $10. I had to follow up and correct it myself. Only after I pointed it out did she agree to return it via Zelle. On top of that, if you speak up about quality issues, like uneven French tips or poorly shaped acrylics that lead to breakage, it's often turned back on the customer instead of being fixed. I'll be honest, I had been settling for "okay" work because of the convenience of the location. But between the inconsistent pricing, lack of accountability, poor customer service, and painful experience, I will not be returning.
