Came in for a full set and pedicure. Ambience was nice until the spa pedicure water was turned on. So many small flying bugs came out and made the experience not enjoyable. Mid pedicure I requested water to be off and drained because bugs kept landing on me. Before full set can be done I asked for removal of my acrylic nails. My nails were than ripped off instead of soaked off which caused my real nails to be ripped off also. When advised of the intolerable pain I was told I'm strong. After two nails were bleeding and I was now in excruciating pain i advised I no longer want to go through with the full set. Once bill was given i questioned as to why a take off would be $35 when online price shows $15 and I couldn't get the service I came in for because my real nails have been damaged by the aggressive tech. The owner than advised loudly "service was given you have to pay" as if I wasn't trying to pay although prices were not worth what i experienced. I Will never go back read more

The business owner reached out to me and they did a wonderful job fixing them and also giving me a refund!The lady who did them (Nancy) was really good and the receptionist was the nicest person ever! All I got today was a pedicure # 4 and I highly recommend it for anybody who is in desperate need of a deep massage spa experience for your feet! Highly recommend them for your nails and feet! I have been to this salon at least 6-8 times. Let me say that they are always polite and will offer water. They get you in as fast as they can, and services are usually basic and to the point. Recently though, I went in to get a pedicure. I splurged and got the pedicure #4 because I needed a little extra TLC. It was awful. The pedicurist was rough with cutting and digging, and left my skin swollen and tender. But when it came to the massage and exfoliation, she was too gentle and rushy. She skipped half of the services included in the pedicure (the hot stones, massage, and paraffin wax) and went straight to polishing my nails. She also used gel, even though she never asked and I never told her I wanted gel. When I told her I never asked for gel, she scolded me and told me that I should have told her otherwise. Gel is an extra additional price, and some people have severe allergies to it. It shouldn't have been "assumed" I wanted gel. It also burned very badly when she applied the UV light. She got upset me even though I tried to be accommodating and told her to just keep it. Then, I asked her if she was still doing the rest of the pedicure treatments, the wax, the stones, etc. She said "oh yes, at the end". She proceeded to those the stones quickly, literally less than 15 seconds on each leg. She put the wax on my feet and immediately took it back off. A woman next to me got the basic pedicure that cost less than half of what I paid, and her services and massage were significantly longer than mine were. So, long story short--it's not worth "splurging" on the extra services that the more expensive pedicure include because it was rushed and pointless. It was really disappointing. I usually leave feeling renewed and refreshed, but this time, I feel like I still need to go get another pedicure because my feet are still dry and my skin is irritated. read more

Went for a spa pedicure, Tom was very good. Pressure was on the firmer side. Excellent leg massage. He was efficient and heard my requests with grace, I can't wait to go back. Im leaving a 4 only because i waited quite a while and they took a person before me who had gotten there 30 min after me. Maybe she had an appointment but im not sure. It was pretty chaotic when we first arrived. Tiffany did a great job she was sweet and apologetic for the long wait and was gentle with my nails since they were pretty damaged from a previous salon. I Went first thing in the morning for a much needed mani and pedi. It's beautiful in there. Beautiful and classy. It was our first weekend with no work, sports or family events. I really felt very pampered. The workers were very friendly and attentive. I did not like going into town for my pedicures anymore and it's been hard with a new baby. I'm so happy we have something so accessible, near Starbucks too! Grab a drink and enjoy your pampering. However they did offer me something to drink and brought me and the other customers cold water bottles. Also, great prices for great services. So very happy. The first time I came it was mind blowing how good Nina did, now that she's gone the lady I was sat with today not so much got a fill-in and she butchered the shape, picked a simple color and asked for French on two nails each hand.. finished up noticed I didn't like how none of the French matched and asked for a fix she rushed the fix they still don't look right, I'm just sad I felt rushed out of her chair after paying and tipping ,unsure if I'll be back. So sad about the outcome of my pedicure from here! I called and scheduled a last minute appointment for a full set and pedicure, customer service was amazing! I was placed in my chair almost immediately. The lady who did my full set was great and my hands look beautiful! The lady who did my toes was also great and listened to what I wanted. I tipped both well for a job well done! Unfortunately the pedicurist clipped too deep on 3 of my toes and all 3 are now infected. (You should never pull an ingrown nail). I would also say I do not think sterilization of water filters /equipment is being prioritized. So my toe nails look great but my toes are red and swollen sad to say I likely will not return here! read more

The building is nice and I wanted to like this place because of the convenience but I would never step foot in there again, 20$ extra for gel is crazy, I got my toes done and didn't see her take any of the tools out of a sterile bag, I got a full set to see if it was something I would like from them and they were awful the shape was horrible he got acrylic all over my hands my cuticles under the nails I'm still trying to pick it off, honestly maybe for a basic pedicure or manicure but to get gel here or acrylic I would not recommend to anyone read more

Just got a mani and pedi. Very few places take walk-ins anymore so I was surprised that they were able to take me right away. Place is super clean and aesthetically pleasing. Everyone was really nice. Prices are good/competitive and you don't have to drive into Lancaster or Palmdale. I highly recommend them. I know I'll be going back!
