My nails were than ripped off instead of soaked off which caused my real nails to be ripped off also. When advised of the intolerable pain I was told I'm strong. After two nails were bleeding and I was now in excruciating pain i advised I no longer want to go through with the full set. Once bill was given i questioned as to why a take off would be $35 when online price shows $15 and I couldn't get the service I came in for because my real nails have been damaged by the aggressive tech.
