Someone called me a few minutes later stating they had availability the next day at 10:30am and asked me to send a picture of my nails for reference. I was told I would receive a response with a price. 4 hours later, no response. I sent a follow up message asking if the appointment was confirmed (around 530pm). No response again. Called the salon and left a message on the answering machine. No return call. The next day I see that the girl who originally called me text me at 10:15pm, which is completely unprofessional. To top it off, her message said she double booked and now wanted to reschedule for a different day. If this is how you run you salon, no thank you. I will not be returning due to your staff's lack of professionalism and inability to return calls and messages.

They even have a warmer on your seat so you can have both heat and massage! The salon also does eyebrow treatments by professionally trained personnel. Daisy's range of colors are exquisite for your nails and she has a phenomenal amount of packages you can purchase. I opted for the Herbal Detox Pedicure which is $90 but so worth it. If you want the candle wax instead of the hot rocks the candle wax is put on your legs and is not hot only warm and soothing and it smells so fragrant as though you have roses all over your legs. They have a warm fragrant spray that comes out and sprays onto your legs while you are getting your pedicure. Everyone speaks very good English and they are all such beautiful people! I really love all of them. While you are being blessed by them they bring you soda, tea, coffee and snacks. For the ones getting the packages you get wine or mimosas. Snow did my nails and Anna my feet and they are two of the most incredible and intelligent women. Hana and her husband own the salon. She named it after her daughter Daisy who is just as cute as you can be. The place is immaculately clean and beautiful with all clean lines! It has an open space so you don't feel cramped at all! They now also have two bathrooms and several television screens! My daughters and I drive an hour to get here every 2 weeks and an hour home but this place is so worth it! The owners are so very nice and considerate. Hana has roving eyes that go everywhere to ensure her clients are getting the very best experience of their lives and that it is done right. The receptionist is also so much fun. She has crazy and beautiful nails every week and she makes you laugh. She's a sweetheart. Then they have a new girl but she has the professional performance of a manager that is high up standard wise. She is on top of everything and she sees everything and ensures the spas clients are happy and respected as well as taken care of. Hana is one of the smartest business women I have ever met. She continually gets more and more education to keep up with the latest treatments as well as machines. Hana automatically treats her clients as family and gives you the best advice for whatever you are having done. All her staff are so gracious, intelligent and know what looks classy and beautiful. For a 170$ manicure (not including tip or the pedicure, which is holding up great!) I'd expect AT LEAST 2 week longevity. I'm not one to make reviews but these are my bridesmaid nails and I am embarrassed to show up to my event like this today. My pedicurist even continued to massage while the timer beeped for a short bit instead of rushing to be done. Much appreciated. He is also taking great care, paying good attention to detail and fixing any issues as he sees them. Also very relaxing. Its quiete, no loud repetative noises, people talking at normal volume and classic sounds of a nail salon. Enjoyable. Ive had less than nice service at other places around town and this place stands out as amazing in my book. I will say I felt a little rushed by being sat down so quickly and pelted with questions of what services we wanted. But I will be more prepared next time.
