But it has come to my attention that the owner of this business (Tommy) has CONTINUED to sexually harass their clients. SO here is what happened to me in 2020: They were only taking one-on-one appointments due to COVID regulations. At the time I was 22 years old. His wife and daughter were in the business towards the back of the business in a room so it was just me and him in the main lobby on a pedicure chair. I had scheduled to do a manicure and pedicure. It started off with a regular manicure and pedicure and his weird comments began. Comments as in "you look so much younger than your age because of how small and petite your body is" -- the comments continued "you have really nice hands and really nice feet" -- they continued, "you are gonna look young for a very long time since you are small and have such a nice body" then the routine of a massage on the feet and calves began (this was normal and expected) THEN his hands traveled up my legs into my inner thighs and then to my shoulders and chest area..... I COMPLETELY FROZE. Up to this day I wish I would have reacted differently but I shut down. I felt completely and utterly paralyzed and in shock!!! It's been years later and I still reflect on how I should have spoken up and reacted differently. One of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. I truly hope this business shuts down!! that his wife wakes up that her husband is a COMPLETE CREEP, and that should have NEVER happened to anyone!!! I have never received a massage like that in my life just for pedicure!! IT WAS AWFUL AND MADE ME SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!!

She was detailed, professional, and so easy to talk to -- our conversation flowed the whole time. I was very happy with the results. I also loved supporting a Latina-owned business. I have gone here since they opened a couple years back. I don't go routinely, just when I have an event and more often in summer for pedicures. I got a text March 20th inviting me for 10% off and a birthday gift (pic attached) so I decided to go in today for a pedicure. The person who did my nails was friendly. I picked a color but it was much more bright (neon almost) than it was on the tray. He grabbed a couple options, but all of them were too bright, so I chose to go with a different color. Before he got the different color I asked for, he brought me over a tray of Easter egg colored nails that had a nice color, however, he told me they were gel. I told him I didn't want gel. I have never had it...until today (relevance later). He said ok and brought over the other color I asked for. While he was doing my cuticles, he stabbed me with the tip of the cuticle scissors very hard, which made me jump. He kept pressure on my toe for a couple of minutes before putting it back in the water. This is the second time and the second tech from this place that has cut me with tools! Once he started the paint, he brought over a machine that I now know is for gel. Never having had gel, I thought the machine was just to dry them and he put the machine on after every coat, and kept ramming the tips of my toes with it and it fell twice, once almost into the water. This is where I guess I should have/could have asked what the machine was for, as I'd never seen it before, but again I said I didn't want gel at the polish choosing stage, so I didn't know to be looking for it. When I went to pay, I was quoted $15 over the amount stated on the service menu. I asked why. The person who checked me out did not seem to speak any English, so he asked the tech what I was asking I guess, and the tech said I got gel and that's $15 extra. I said "I told you I didn't want gel." He said I asked for gel, and I said "No, I very specifically told you when you offered me the color from that other sheet that I didn't want gel." He said "Well the color you got is gel too." The color I chose was from the panel of nails they give you to choose from when you come in. Nowhere did it say gel, and I specifically told the tech I did not want gel. So how that all happened, I don't know. So, with the 10% discount, which they did give me, I ended up paying $10 more than the service I wanted and when I asked the person who checked me out what the birthday gift was, he just stared at me. I asked him if it was the 10% because the text says 10% off AND a birthday gift. His response was "Yes I gave 10%." At this point I got frustrated and just left. My nails look good and I guess will last a long time now, but after this experience I definitely won't be back.

I came in after having a previous set done elsewhere that was supposed to be coffin-shaped but wasn't even close. I was in a rush at the time and accepted them as they were, which I later regretted. After searching online, I found WOW Nail Salon and immediately loved the photos of Amy's work, so I booked an online appointment for an ombré fill. The online booking process was easy and seamless, and Amy was ready for me right on time. I didn't have to wait at all, which I really appreciated. Before my visit, I had tried filing my nails myself to get closer to the shape I wanted, but they were uneven and didn't match. Amy took one look and got right to work. She corrected the shape beautifully, made everything uniform, and completely transformed my nails. They look amazing. On top of her skill, Amy is the fastest nail tech I've ever had. From start to finish, my service took only 30 minutes, and the quality was flawless. She worked on my nails personally the entire time, which I truly appreciated. Amy was not only professional but genuinely kind, with pleasant conversation that made the appointment enjoyable. The salon itself was clean, nicely decorated, and had a great choice of music at just the right volume. The entire staff was professionally dressed and well put together, which really stood out and added to the overall polished, welcoming atmosphere of the salon. I'm not one to make reviews but these are my bridesmaid nails and I am embarrassed to show up to my event like this today.
