I walked in right when they opened (10AM) and I'm glad I did -- they get busy and space is limited, so a little patience goes a long way. Martha did my pedicure and gel-x nails and she was amazing. She was detailed, professional, and so easy to talk to -- our conversation flowed the whole time. I was very happy with the results. I also loved supporting a Latina-owned business. I came in for a Gel-X fill about 20 days after my initial set and requested chrome French tips. Before starting, I showed an inspiration photo and confirmed the design was possible. Everything went smoothly until the chrome application. The artist created black French tips, sealed them, and attempted to apply the chrome, but it would not adhere. Multiple additional layers were applied and cured in an effort to fix it, which made my nails extremely thick and uneven. After more than two hours, the chrome was still patchy. When the second hand was done using a shorter curing time, the chrome adhered better, but the French lines were very messy and the nail thickness was excessive. I pointed out my concerns and offered to return the next day for corrections, but since the artist wouldn't be in, the French tips were removed entirely and replaced with a solid red. Unfortunately, black polish was still visible underneath, the nails were uneven and crooked, and the surface was not smooth. I was exhausted at that point and left. I was charged $60 instead of the original $80, which I appreciated. The next day, the imperfections were even more noticeable, so I contacted the salon. The owner was kind and offered to fix them free of charge. While I appreciated this, it felt like the issues were being explained away as "normal for chrome" rather than acknowledged as technique problems. A different artist worked on my nails and was patient, but by then so much builder gel and Gel-X had been filed away that the nail shape was compromised. No new builder gel was applied. Instead polish was placed directly over what remained of my original set from nearly three weeks prior. The final result is still uneven, with sloppy edges and debris sealed into the polish. For context, my original Gel-X nude set done on November 25th by Martha was beautiful, and I returned on December 16th with a normal amount of grow-out. I was told I may have waited too long for a fill, which I strongly disagree with. The warping occurred after multiple removals, excessive filing, and layered product. Not delayed maintenance. I appreciate the kindness shown and the attempts to correct the issue, but after multiple visits and fixes, I ultimately left feeling disappointed. read more

I really hate to give bad reviews, but this one was a really expensive pedicure to end up the way I did. I'm still in pain, it burns. I was probably the last appointment they had yesterday at 5ish. Mind you it's 2:47am, a little over 9hrs after I got my service done, when I'm writing this review cuz this still hurts! I Just wanted a nice pedicure and manicure, nothing fancy. When it came down to the pedicure I chose option 2 which involved exfoliating. Well what an exfoliation did I receive! Almost ripped my skin off! I did notice a bit of aggressiveness during the scrubbing but figured I paid for a good cleaning I guess, after she put lotion I still noticed the stinging, but thought it will go away because she just scrubbed my foot. Well here I am 9hrs later and it still hurts. First and last time I go to this place, unfortunately. This was my first time visiting this Nail Spa and let me say that I've had one of the best experiences! I came in to get a simple manicure because my cuticles were overgrown and my nails were just a mess. Sonia took care of me right away and we discussed that I am a nervous nail biter and so, she put a hard gel on my nails to help combat that. We discussed a plan to get my natural nails to the length I want them to be at and I felt so taken care of! They are very friendly and love that they offer complimentary drinks. Pedicure is ok, I said a nail was bugging me (ingrown) & it was not fixed. They just clean minimal of the inside of nail. The shaping is good. Pedicure process: soak, polish removed, clean up underneath & cuticle, nail trim & file, foot scrub gently, exfoliating scrub, polish & lotion. I got a gel pedicure, it took 90min. They actually have sanitized tools and equipment is new, thats never seen. read more

Hands down the best place I have been too, got full set and pedicure done by Daisy. Daisy pays attention to detail and makes sure you are satisfied on what's being done. All ladies that work here are so friendly and make you feel very welcomed. Not like the other nail places that don't even acknowledge you, these ladies do and it's such a friendly environment. I give this place 3 stars. The customer service and friendliness is great, theyre all very nice and offer you refreshments while you are getting your service. Unfortunately the work is where they lacked. First I went to get a pedicure the girl did it well but I feel like it could have been cleaned out more. Because after a few days I noticed little bits that should have been removed. But overall it was ok and color on my nails was done neatly. Then I went to get a full set, I chose 2 colors. One of those was a chrome color that gets applied differently. At this point in time, it was not mentioned that it would be an additional amount to add said color to my nails so I went along thinking there was no additional cost, however, there was. The girl doing my nails didn't know how to do it and her coworker gave her a quick run down on how to do so. I was confident she would be able to do it. When she applied it she used a piece of cotton ball that was super linty. When she was rubbing the color in I saw several pieces of lint stuck to my nail, I pointed some of them out however I didn't catch all of them so eventually after the top coat was added and I looked closer, there were little bumps and pieces still embedded in my nail, due to the improper material used to apply the chrome color. When I got home I noticed the edges on my thumb and index fingers were missing chrome color, mind you, she only coated once so if she would have done a second coat perhaps these areas would have been covered. Also noticed some of them were a bit crooked and one of them on my right middle finger the nail was much longer and bigger than the left hand. I got these nails done for a trip and come day 1 at the trip some of the nails were already peeling off my nail bed, from the cuticle area, I was upset about this since my trip had just started and I wanted to have my nails done through the trip. In the end two nails fell off so I ended up removing them all since having some off and some on looks tacky. Nails only lasted 4 days into my trip. It was disappointing to say the least, again the customer service is nice, however they do need staff that is a bit more trained and knows how to do all of the requested services.. and if the person doesn't know how to do it, id say one of the ones that do know, should jump in and help instead of giving a quick crash course on how to do it. read more

Worst service ever. Walked in to see if they had availability for a gel manicure at around noon. They were understandably busy and was asked to make an appointment for later. I made an appointment for 3pm and arrived even a few minutes early. Wasn't even greeted when I walked in the door. I sat down as no one was in the front desk. Then was seems to be the owner walked in - greeted and asked me what service I was waiting for. After 15 minutes of waiting, I began to look around to see what was taking so long. Only then did the lady apologize because it was taking long. I decided to wait another 15 minutes, but by then techs were leaving their stations and one was just sitting on her phone. So I decided to take my service elsewhere. I understand it can be busy, things happen etc. but the salon was no longer as busy as earlier and that was the whole point of making an appointment. read more

Detailed orientated, for sure probably the best pedicure I've ever had. I'm really self conscious of my feet, and she truly made me have a little more confidence to wear my sandals. The girls are friendly and make sure you are comfortable. However I got there at 11:15 for a pedi and full set. Didn't get to the chair till like 11:30 (ok cool I didn't have an appointment all good) I left at 2:30! Over priced which I'm ok with helping my community but the nail tech hurt my cuticles for pedi. Made me bleed on three fingers. And hurt while she was drilling. I didn't see any licenses. I don't think these girls have licenses. She was friendly and my nails do look pretty but wow it was painful. Oh and two nails popped off she had to glue them again. And her drill stopped working for my last fingers. I went in for a full set manicure and gel pedicure. I've come here for pedicures before and I've never had a problem. This time I decided to go for two services and to just get them both done at once. I 100% regret it! I left quite disappointed. I was one of the last appointments and everything just seemed off from the moment I walked in. I was soaking for about 40 minutes while another client was being serviced which to me when I have an appointment set, I expect to be service soon after I get there but waiting soaking for as long as I did was a bit annoying and then the girls started discussing over who was going to take over what service and in the end it was pushed on another girl that kind of seemed over it. At the end, it seems like it was an issue of mismanagement of time. I was cut a couple times during the pedicure so that sucked. It was a lot of waiting and then when it came down to the full set she couldn't find the right tips, then the glue wasn't sticking, sizing was off, and if just felt rushed and she nicked me during that too. Once she finished while the design looked nice most of my nails are crooked. Now I have to fix it and it's just frustrating after being there for over FOUR hours that I still have to come home and fix my own nails that I paid over $100 for. I went to get my gel soaked/taken off. The tech I had was very sweet and kind, but I don't think she did a very good job at getting the gel off. Some fingers had gel still on while other fingers she drilled very thin, past the gel. On the nails she went too thin on, my nails started to bend and break off. In the pictures you can see where it was because of the underlying blood/bruise streaks on my nails. Very nice service! I just wish the tech was a bit more careful. read more
