Gemma is amazing, and so is Lupe. Gemma has the most gentle hands, it doesn't even feel like I'm getting my nails done. Her prep work and her art is top notch. The set is sooo beautiful. Gemma and Lupe make you feel so welcome. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. You've got a customer for life! Thank you Lupe for all your help and thank you for giving me a chance Gemma!

First time coming here and I was excited. The location and salon are cute but unfortunately my nails were not. After $75 my nails were uneven, bumpy, lumpy. I asked for a simple French and the French tips were uneven. I came back to get them fixed but they still looked bad. Will not be returning. :(

Love coming here! Everything is so clean and nice. I love that they keep the door locked and you have to ring the doorbell to come in, makes me feel like they prioritize client and employee safety! I get my nails done by Brittany and she never misses!!! 10/10 recommend. I always get offered water or tea which I've never been offered at any other salon before. Everyone's so nice and the vibes are always great :) I don't take pictures of my nails bc I don't like my hands, but here's today's set. Simple yet elegant

We weren't happy, right away the owner contacted me and wanted to make this right because it definitely was not a reflection of the shop or the owner. I have never deleted a review I wrote because it's a factual experience that happened. I did receive a message from somebody who started a Yelp page just to tell me off. I want to let that person know I didn't delete my review because of you. I could care less what you think. I made a decision because of Lupe, wow what an amazing lady that deserve ten stars. She is someone that truly cares about her business and the customers happiness and satisfaction. Because their wasn't anyone available the day we came down for the appointment she scheduled my daughter on a Sunday when the shop was closed and no charge to my daughter. When my daughters arrived at the salon on Sunday it was Lupe and her daughter Jeanah. So welcoming, sweet and so apologetic about the situation. Both my daughters absolutely loved how Jeanah did her nails and enjoyed talking with her, not only nice but said she is so beautiful. The nails are gorgeous, and you can tell she cares. I am looking forward to meeting Lupe, she is an example of how owners should respond to Yelp reviews.

Cinthia is an amazing nail tech. I have gone to her twice, and each time, I have asked for specific designs. She has delivered each time. My nails come out beautifully. She is a true artist. If you are looking for a nail place, I definitely recommend Luminous. It's a clean and very friendly environment.

When I first called to make an appointment Lupe had the best customer service I could ask for and was very helpful with finding a nail tech that could schedule me for a manicure! I absolutely love getting my nails done by Shannon! She is very friendly and talented. I am always leaving the nail salon relaxed and very happy about my nails. I am always getting compliments on my nails so I can't recommend Luminous Nail Salon and Shannon enough!

$35 for a design that looks like it was done by a toddler. At least my gel nails look ok. I'm confused to how you let someone walk out with nails like that. I think my techs name is Myesha. The gel manicure is not the worst BUT if you want a design save your money go somewhere else. Came here cause they had a last minute opening, won't be coming back.

Was a previous customer at this salon. Reached out to schedule a fill. I was told my request goes into a group chat and someone will contact me (already a red flag). Someone called me a few minutes later stating they had availability the next day at 10:30am and asked me to send a picture of my nails for reference. I was told I would receive a response with a price. 4 hours later, no response. I sent a follow up message asking if the appointment was confirmed (around 530pm). No response again. Called the salon and left a message on the answering machine. No return call. The next day I see that the girl who originally called me text me at 10:15pm, which is completely unprofessional. To top it off, her message said she double booked and now wanted to reschedule for a different day. If this is how you run you salon, no thank you. I will not be returning due to your staff's lack of professionalism and inability to return calls and messages. read more

I've been going to Viridiana for a little over a year now, and I can honestly say she's a true artist. Every time I bring in an inspiration photo, she not only nails it (no pun intended) but somehow makes it look even better on my nails. Her attention to detail is insane, and you can tell how much pride she takes in her work. She's super talented, consistent, and always up for a fun new design. I constantly get compliments on my nails, and it's all thanks to her! I'll definitely keep coming back--there's no one else I'd trust with my nails. read more

First time coming here and I was excited. The location and salon are cute but unfortunately my nails were not. After $75 my nails were uneven, bumpy, lumpy. Viridiana was an amazing nail artist. She was thorough with her work every step of the way. She would ask me if I liked the length, shape, and included me in the process. I wasn't sure what I wanted but she gave me great reference options to help me decide. She is dedicated to her craft and commutes to her booth from far away to have a convenient place for her clients. She was clean and kind with fair prices. I would give this place 10 stars if I could! I've been coming here for almost a year and I come all the way from Hesperia, CA to get my nails done at Luminous Nail Studio. They are the best! Everyone I've met there is super nice and very professional. Jeanah is my nail tech and she is super talented, an artist really. I prefer very simple, understated designs, and I love that I can bring her a picture of what I want and she does them perfectly. This is the only place I will ever get my nails done. Please note - that because of Covid-19 they are taking additional precautions right now and that is something that I really appreciate (huge plus for me) because it means that they really care, about their clients! read more

They take my temperature, made me sign papers and required to wash hands before starting . Place is very clean. They disinfect after every customer. First time customer. Just two weeks ago I had a full set done by another nail salon and was extremely unhappy. I let the guy talked me into nails that were to long and they started to lift a few days later. I went into yelp to find a new 4/5 star nail salon and came upon luminous nails. I called on a Saturday and was given an appointment that same day with Brenda. I told her I wanted short nails because my job involves allot of typing. She listened to what I wanted and did not try to up sale me. She was very nice and I already started recommending her. She did. Great job and I am happy to go back to her. I've been here a few times and I can say I really love this place. A very comfortable and relaxed environment. Everyone here is super friendly and super hardworking and focused on their clients. I always go to Jeanah. She is such a joy to be with, super professional. Does the best cuticle work. And always takes my inspiration pictures and goes above and beyond. So insanely creative, I always leave ecstatic with how my nails come out. Better then anything I could of dreamed of, Her talent absolutely blows me away. I highly recommend this nail salon. I'd never had a manicure before and was a little hesitant about the whole process. When I walked in I immediately felt like family. The owner, Lupe, was so nice. She explained the process and put my mind at ease. Isabel (I think that was her name) did my nails. She was so friendly and professional. I ended up making another appointment for three weeks later to have a mani/pedi. Today was that appointment and again I must say that I highly recommend this place. They were so nice. It's a fun and friendly environment with good tunes and positive vibes. Check them out... but make sure you have an appointment. It's appointment only. read more

I went on December 31st to get a new set and boy were my nails on point. had them up till the 20th of February and till the very last day I got complimented on my nails. Not a single nail broke or chipped off. When I got them removed my natural nail was great!!! Not a single problem. I just went back on the 23rd and got my new set and OMFG!!! LUPE THANK YOU WOMAN!!! As always they look amazing and I'm super duper happy beyond satisfied with my nails and the experience of getting my nails done at Luminous. Everyone always so nice and amazing. Thank you! It's much larger than the last one accommodating 36 clients in the most beautiful, comfortable chairs! Triple A class! The chairs do any kind of massage you want. They even have a warmer on your seat so you can have both heat and massage! The salon also does eyebrow treatments by professionally trained personnel. Daisy's range of colors are exquisite for your nails and she has a phenomenal amount of packages you can purchase. I opted for the Herbal Detox Pedicure which is $90 but so worth it. I took pictures of the process for you to see. If you want the candle wax instead of the hot rocks the candle wax is put on your legs and is not hot only warm and soothing and it smells so fragrant as though you have roses all over your legs. They have a warm fragrant spray that comes out and sprays onto your legs while you are getting your pedicure. Everyone speaks very good English and they are all such beautiful people! I really love all of them. While you are being blessed by them they bring you soda, tea, coffee and snacks. For the ones getting the packages you get wine or mimosas. Snow did my nails and Anna my feet and they are two of the most incredible and intelligent women. Hana and her husband own the salon. She named it after her daughter Daisy who is just as cute as you can be. The place is immaculately clean and beautiful with all clean lines! It has an open space so you don't feel cramped at all! They now also have two bathrooms and several television screens! My daughters and I drive an hour to get here every 2 weeks and an hour home but this place is so worth it! The owners are so very nice and considerate. Hana has roving eyes that go everywhere to ensure her clients are getting the very best experience of their lives and that it is done right. The receptionist is also so much fun. She has crazy and beautiful nails every week and she makes you laugh. She's a sweetheart. Then they have a new girl but she has the professional performance of a manager that is high up standard wise. She is on top of everything and she sees everything and ensures the spas clients are happy and respected as well as taken care of. Hana is one of the smartest business women I have ever met. She continually gets more and more education to keep up with the latest treatments as well as machines. Hana automatically treats her clients as family and gives you the best advice for whatever you are having done. All her staff are so gracious, intelligent and know what looks classy and beautiful. I will continue to come here every two weeks because they make me beautiful.

There is plenty of parking nearby, which already made the visit less stressful. I called ahead to schedule an appointment and the process was smooth and friendly from the start. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and seated within a few minutes. The salon itself was clean, well organized, nicely lit, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything looked well maintained, including the pedicure stations and tools, which is always something I pay attention to when trying a new salon. The atmosphere felt relaxing without being overly loud or crowded. I also loved their neon "Good Nails Good Mood" sign because honestly, it fit the experience perfectly. Andy did my pedicure and was both professional and personable throughout the appointment. He took his time and did not make the service feel rushed, even though I chose the express pedicure. The shaping and polish application were clean and precise, and he paid attention to detail around the cuticles and edges. The hot towel and lotion massage were a nice touch and made the service feel more elevated than a typical express pedicure. My nails turned out really pretty, clean, and polished. Overall, the combination of customer service, cleanliness, and quality work made this a great experience and definitely put me in a good mood. I would absolutely come back and recommend this salon to others.

I came in for a gel manicure and gel pedicure, and unfortunately this was the worst experience I've…read morehad at a nail salon. During the manicure, the technician was extremely rough with my cuticles. Instead of properly softening them with cuticle cream or allowing them to soak long enough, she briefly dipped my fingers in water (which she dipped from my pedicure water) and then began cutting and pulling at dry skin. It was uncomfortable and did not seem like proper cuticle care. I became so concerned about how my cuticles were being treated that I asked her not to trim the cuticles on my second hand at all. Three days later, my gel polish is already chipping, and my cuticles look damaged and ragged. I've had many gel manicures before and have never experienced this level of poor technique or such short-lasting results. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this experience was disappointing from both a service and quality standpoint. I would not return.

I just recently found this nail studio and I am so pleased!!!!! Right when you walk in you are greeted right away and everyone is so nice.. they ask you if we would like something to drink when we are getting our nails done!!!! I feel like I am at home!!!The studio is so welcoming and a great place to relax and enjoy a spa day!!! They are right off the Blvd in a very well decorated shop:) it shows off each of the nail artist perfectly... anyways I got my nails done by Jenn and she is absolutely wonderful!! After trying to find the right person I finally did!! The product she uses lasts! You don't have to worry about a nail falling off!!! I will keep coming back!! I definitely want to tell everyone to come check her out and all the other nail techs !!! What I love is I was a walk in and jenn took me right away!! My Nail Tech @viridiananails_ Is amazing extremely professional very flexible and beyond sweet, she always asks if I like my during the process is there anything that she could fix or change before she starts the next process of my nails until she is done, which is very considerate! I absolutely love every set. She's done for me and I get countless compliments and ask all the time. Where do I get my nails done? This nail salon is absolutely one of the most homey and relaxing places that a person could go to relax and get themselves pampered. One of my dear friends Britney is the lady who did my gel polish manicure and she is so lovely and make your experience thoroughly enjoyable. l can't remember the last time I've left a place with satisfaction and a smile for such a beautiful manicure and good company after getting my nails done . The shop is super chic as well as clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the vibe was relaxing and fun. My gel nails were done by Brittany and they are amazing! She is funny and nice to talk to. She really listens to what you want, takes her time and doesn't make you feel rushed, has a great creative eye, and is incredibly skilled. I did some research on this salon before going. I only went to check the place out. Lupe, the owner, got up and introduced herself to me. I explained that I was shopping around and had bad luck with a previous salon. She took a look at the shoddy work and offered to remove them for me. I get my nails done by Viridianaa! She makes my nails come out perfect every time. It is always coming out like the picture even with add ons, she is like the perfect copy and paste nail tech. She is the most sweetest woman and very gentle, never had any scars or discomfort, and nails always last a longggg time till I'm ready to take them off. Still loving this place. Everyone is just so friendly. Nail tech make their own schedules and prices. I encourage you to look at the pictures pick the nail tech that is right for you. Never have I had any nails lift or break and I'm really hard on my nails. I had mine all in tack for 7 weeks. You can imagine how long they were? Can't wait till my next appointment. I just had a great European Facial with Courtney!! The products she used on my face really enriched my skin! Her touch is soothing! She has a cute room with a relaxing atmosphere! Found the place on Yelp, called to see if I would be able to walk in with my cousin and they told us to come back in an hour so we could be seen. I love the space, everyone is so welcoming and accommodating! Brittany did an amazing job on my gel manicure and spa pedicure! The little studio only opened in April but business is swarming here! The girls are so welcoming and greet you at the door. The owner strives to make sure all clients walking in are tended for. The studio is CLEAN and I can tell everyone puts in their share for caring for the salon. The receptionist is also very kind and amazing on the phone! read more

I have been to see Brittany at Luminous nail studio three times and have been blown away every time. My nails are beautiful and hold up. The environment is perfect. And am always greeted and welcomed with a water or coffee. Each time I've been personally welcomed by the owner who is the sweetest woman. I'm so pleased to have found this spot. read more

Lupe does amazing work, couldn't ask for anything more. Amazing nails, patient and always on time. friendly atmosphere plenty of public parking. Reasonable prices. The bomb PEDICURES!!
