I love this salon. I love coming in and feeling pampered. They take their time to do your nails. I love the massage chairs and the environment is so calm. They don't thin out your nails. My nails last and look very clean. The staff is very friendly as well.

I really needed to find a nail salon that I could make my regular go-to, and I think I found it! The studio was cute and clean and emitted a nice, calming energy. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day without any issues. I came in for a full set and simple french tips and Ericka did a really beautiful job! She took her time and didn't hurt me at all (my fingers usually get all cut and beat up when getting my nails done) and made sure that I liked what she was doing. My nails look and feel so natural, which is what I wanted so happy with my nails and can't wait to come back! Truly a gem of a nail studio.

Just got my nails done by Sonia and I'm very happy with the experience. It's hard to find a place you like to get things like nails done but this place is clean, peaceful and has friendly staff. Sonia did a great job on my gel pedicure and listened to all my feedback. They use plastic liners for the feet tubs which I like. Keep in mind that you should pay with cash or Zelle, as using the card machine charges 4% of the price. I will come here again. read more

I had the best mani/pedi of my life. The amount of detail Ericka put into my hands and feet are unparalleled. She made my hands go from a coal miner to hollywood star. I had several areas of cuticle tearing and fraying, including an in grown nail and now you can barely see where it ripped my flesh. I am so very impressed. I have weak nail beds from a bad gel tip a few years ago and now my nails are stronger! I will be back for more of Erickas magic hands. read more

Came here for the first time when I needed a pedicure asap. They were able to squeeze me in last minute. The place is very clean, staff seem to take COVID precautions seriously and my nail tech (I think she may be the owner) was very gentle. I got the "spa pedicure" which includes a sugar scrub. Being 8.5mos pregnant, the sugar scrub and massage were heavenly! The massage chairs were also quite relaxing. Glad I found this little gem! read more

I dont usually write reviews but this time asks for one. If I could go give this place no stars, I would, I took my mother to get her nails done and the owner started bad mouthing Asian Nail Salons and how they don't their jobs right. So not cool. Additionally, my mom wanted her nails cut and ingrown nail taken out and the lady said no becuase my mom was diabetic??? Overall, she did not finish her job, and still managed to charge her full pedicure price. Ridiculous. My mom even cried after leaving the salon because all she wanted was a pedicure and be listened to what she wanted done. Not cool. read more

My husband and I are moving to AV this summer and I needed to find my new nail salon! After trying two local ones, I finally stopped by Nails Studio & Beyond this afternoon and I'm soo happy I did! I would highly recommend this place! The customer service is beyond amazing, I honestly felt like family there! The owner of the salon was honestly one of the most sweetest woman I've ever met in my life. She truly has a heart of gold [She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and even shared her food with me! Haha :) ] The quality of work is also amazing at this salon! I'm very protective of my natural nail and I don't like to use a lot of machines and I valued how she took time to remove the old set I had on. Overall I am extremely happy with the service and quality of work at this salon! read more

This salon is undoubtedly a passion project of the owner's. The attention to detail and attentiveness to the customer is outstanding! Super sweet staff and very clean facility and equipment. Most staff also seem to speaks Spanish which I find super warm and welcoming as a Latina myself, but this business is definitely welcoming to everyone of any background. NO STARS... so I let them know about the nail lifting and was told to set a time for Wednesday to come in but before today another nail has popped off. I was pleased at first but I have never had this problem with nails lifting and popping off especially before two weeks. read more

This place is a hidden gem on the eastside! Clean and classy. Eunice is very personable, remembering my name after only meeting me once before. I usually get a pedicure. The tools and technique are clean and the final res is great. I'm always offered refreshments and last time I was even offered pizza! I love this salon so much, that I decided to get my nails done for the first time in years. I am more than happy with the finished product. Cecil did a fantastic job. She took her time and was very thorough. I will be returning! This is my new go-to spot! Update: Still 5 stars! Came late, wanted a fill and a pedicure. They only had time to do one before they were going to close, but Sonia stayed late so that she could give me a pedicure. The customer service is top notch! Thank you ladies. read more

So, I walked down the street to this salon instead of going to my hole in the wall on Challenger and Ave K. My appointment was set at 11 and the ladies attended to me right away. The salon inside is very nice and clean. Ms. Sonia Gonzalez was my manicurist and she was excellent. I absolutely loved that she took her time and paid attention to detail with my fill. The other woman Eunice, offered me a mimosa which I wasn't expecting and baby it was refreshing. I paid $40 (the base price is $35 and $5 for them to remove the previous nail color) I enjoyed my time at this salon and I will definitely be returning. Just an FYI, you will need to book your appointment through their facebook page. The impressing thing about booking my appointment is that I am a night owl and I booked my appointment at 3 something in the morning and ten minutes after they opened my appointment was confirmed for 11 am. read more

Love this place!!! I did a full set (for the 1st time in years), and love it, they did such a fantastic job. My daughters are thrilled as well. Erika and Eunice were so sweet, it was the most welcoming nail salon we've ever tried. I wish we had found it so much earlier! Was a previous customer at this salon. Reached out to schedule a fill. I was told my request goes…read moreinto a group chat and someone will contact me (already a red flag). Someone called me a few minutes later stating they had availability the next day at 10:30am and asked me to send a picture of my nails for reference. I was told I would receive a response with a price. 4 hours later, no response. I sent a follow up message asking if the appointment was confirmed (around 530pm). No response again. Called the salon and left a message on the answering machine. No return call. The next day I see that the girl who originally called me text me at 10:15pm, which is completely unprofessional. To top it off, her message said she double booked and now wanted to reschedule for a different day. If this is how you run you salon, no thank you. I will not be returning due to your staff's lack of professionalism and inability to return calls and messages.

It's much larger than the last one accommodating 36 clients in the most beautiful, comfortable chairs! Triple A class! The chairs do any kind of massage you want. They even have a warmer on your seat so you can have both heat and massage! The salon also does eyebrow treatments by professionally trained personnel. Daisy's range of colors are exquisite for your nails and she has a phenomenal amount of packages you can purchase. I opted for the Herbal Detox Pedicure which is $90 but so worth it. I took pictures of the process for you to see. If you want the candle wax instead of the hot rocks the candle wax is put on your legs and is not hot only warm and soothing and it smells so fragrant as though you have roses all over your legs. They have a warm fragrant spray that comes out and sprays onto your legs while you are getting your pedicure. Everyone speaks very good English and they are all such beautiful people! I really love all of them. While you are being blessed by them they bring you soda, tea, coffee and snacks. For the ones getting the packages you get wine or mimosas. Snow did my nails and Anna my feet and they are two of the most incredible and intelligent women. Hana and her husband own the salon. She named it after her daughter Daisy who is just as cute as you can be. The place is immaculately clean and beautiful with all clean lines! It has an open space so you don't feel cramped at all! They now also have two bathrooms and several television screens! My daughters and I drive an hour to get here every 2 weeks and an hour home but this place is so worth it! The owners are so very nice and considerate. Hana has roving eyes that go everywhere to ensure her clients are getting the very best experience of their lives and that it is done right. The receptionist is also so much fun. She has crazy and beautiful nails every week and she makes you laugh. She's a sweetheart. Then they have a new girl but she has the professional performance of a manager that is high up standard wise. She is on top of everything and she sees everything and ensures the spas clients are happy and respected as well as taken care of. Hana is one of the smartest business women I have ever met. She continually gets more and more education to keep up with the latest treatments as well as machines. Hana automatically treats her clients as family and gives you the best advice for whatever you are having done. All her staff are so gracious, intelligent and know what looks classy and beautiful. I will continue to come here every two weeks because they make me beautiful.

I really needed a pedicure, and decided to look at this shop, which is next door. The reviews were not good, but I thought I would take a look inside. I was presently surprised! The shop was really busy, and nearly full, but I was lucky to get the one open technician. (This was at 1:30 on. Thursday afternoon, not really prime time). The man who greeted me at the door was all business, and not warm and fuzzy, but not rude at all. Maria did a beautiful job! After seeing how pretty the lady's French pedicure looked, I went from wanting color, to choosing that. I had never had gel on my toes, so asked the other patron how she liked them. Not only was she friendly and shared her thoughts, but two other ladies in there said I would love them. Not once did the man at the desk, or Maria try to hard sell or up sell me on anything. I liked that. Yes, the shop is older. Yes, the furniture is a bit worn. But nothing was dirty, and I watched that my tech took her tools out of the cleaning solution before she used them on me. Oh, and the massage feature on my chair worked great. My Gel French Pedicure was $45. (It also included the usual oil calf/foot massage. I live down in a Beach City, and this service would have been no less than $50 to $60. I will definitely be back here again. Oh, and I paid and tipped cash, so can't speak to the problems others have said they had paying by debit/credit card.

For a 170$ manicure (not including tip or the pedicure, which is holding up great!) I'd expect AT LEAST 2 week longevity. I'm not one to make reviews but these are my bridesmaid nails and I am embarrassed to show up to my event like this today. Unfortunately, I have not had any time due to my work to come in to fix them so I can't vouch for how the salon handles situations like this.

He is also taking great care, paying good attention to detail and fixing any issues as he sees them. Also very relaxing. Its quiete, no loud repetative noises, people talking at normal volume and classic sounds of a nail salon. Enjoyable. Ive had less than nice service at other places around town and this place stands out as amazing in my book. I will say I felt a little rushed by being sat down so quickly and pelted with questions of what services we wanted. But I will be more prepared next time. And all the workers were just awesome I also did not love the physical stretch bending i had to do to get my hand in the UV machine when in the massage chair.

Was a previous customer at this salon. Reached out to schedule a fill. I was told my request goes…read moreinto a group chat and someone will contact me (already a red flag). Someone called me a few minutes later stating they had availability the next day at 10:30am and asked me to send a picture of my nails for reference. I was told I would receive a response with a price. 4 hours later, no response. I sent a follow up message asking if the appointment was confirmed (around 530pm). No response again. Called the salon and left a message on the answering machine. No return call. The next day I see that the girl who originally called me text me at 10:15pm, which is completely unprofessional. To top it off, her message said she double booked and now wanted to reschedule for a different day. If this is how you run you salon, no thank you. I will not be returning due to your staff's lack of professionalism and inability to return calls and messages.

There is plenty of parking nearby, which already made the visit less stressful. I called ahead to schedule an appointment and the process was smooth and friendly from the start. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and seated within a few minutes. The salon itself was clean, well organized, nicely lit, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything looked well maintained, including the pedicure stations and tools, which is always something I pay attention to when trying a new salon. Andy did my pedicure and was both professional and personable throughout the appointment. He took his time and did not make the service feel rushed, even though I chose the express pedicure. The shaping and polish application were clean and precise, and he paid attention to detail around the cuticles and edges. The hot towel and lotion massage were a nice touch and made the service feel more elevated than a typical express pedicure. My nails turned out really pretty, clean, and polished. I came in for a gel manicure and gel pedicure, and unfortunately this was the worst experience I've…read morehad at a nail salon. During the manicure, the technician was extremely rough with my cuticles. Instead of properly softening them with cuticle cream or allowing them to soak long enough, she briefly dipped my fingers in water (which she dipped from my pedicure water) and then began cutting and pulling at dry skin. It was uncomfortable and did not seem like proper cuticle care. I became so concerned about how my cuticles were being treated that I asked her not to trim the cuticles on my second hand at all. Three days later, my gel polish is already chipping, and my cuticles look damaged and ragged. I've had many gel manicures before and have never experienced this level of poor technique or such short-lasting results. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this experience was disappointing from both a service and quality standpoint. I would not return.

The salon is very clean and I love that they only take appointments. Ericka is so amazing! She takes her time and makes sure you are happy with your service! It is a little pricey BUT you get what you pay for! I never have any lifting with my acrylics and they last a good 5-6 weeks if I take care of them! I always leave happy because she does such a great job! read more
