I saw on yelp that this place had pretty good ratings, and we were in the same plaza having lunch. So glad we did. Melissa and her husband Jason are the sweetest people. So very welcoming and held great conversations with both my mother and I. We talked about traveling, cuisine, and even found we used to live in the same area years ago. They offered both water and coffee to every customer that walked in. Customer service is the first thing I look for when going to nail salons, second is quality of the work. As for our nails, we love them. Melissa listened to what I wanted exactly, and executed just that. My mom is super picky when she gets hers done, but Melissa did her nails sooo well. My mom is obsessed with them. My pedicure was done great. I'm very particular about my feet being clean and another employee did them amazingly. My feet are super soft and look so cute. They have a huge selection of colors, both gel, powder and regular. I've found my new nail spot and will be referring all of my friends here.

So when i made the…read moreappointment, the lady (i believe the owner) told me to come in with them drawn on exactly how i want them. I did. How they came out so different, i have no clue but i was so pissed off. I called the next day and she said to wait two weeks for the scabbing to come off. I even went it and showed her. She agreed they were not even. When it was time to go back she again said to draw them on how i want them but i didnt because obviously that didnt work the first time. So she had a little attitude irritated that she had to draw on the parts she initially messed up. When she was done i looked in the mirror and oh my god she drew like 2 huge blocks so i asked for the tissue and said ill draw them myself. To which she replied, "well thats what i said to do in the first place" and i said, " you said to do that the first time and look how they came out!" I then got up and told her nvm i wont be back again. Now my eyebrows are permanently uneven. Im so upset. and ive been going here for a while to get my nails done, no complaints there. And her husband, who also works there, is such a sweetheart. I would not recommend getting eyebrow service here.

TRIGGER WARNING: SEXUAL HARASSMENT It has taken me a long…read moretime to write this review but I genuinely thought this business would have shut down by now. To my surprise it hasn't... . But it has come to my attention that the owner of this business (Tommy) has CONTINUED to sexually harass their clients. SO here is what happened to me in 2020: They were only taking one-on-one appointments due to COVID regulations. At the time I was 22 years old. His wife and daughter were in the business towards the back of the business in a room so it was just me and him in the main lobby on a pedicure chair. I had scheduled to do a manicure and pedicure. It started off with a regular manicure and pedicure and his weird comments began. Comments as in "you look so much younger than your age because of how small and petite your body is" -- the comments continued "you have really nice hands and really nice feet" -- they continued, "you are gonna look young for a very long time since you are small and have such a nice body" then the routine of a massage on the feet and calves began (this was normal and expected) THEN his hands traveled up my legs into my inner thighs and then to my shoulders and chest area..... I COMPLETELY FROZE. Up to this day I wish I would have reacted differently but I shut down. I felt completely and utterly paralyzed and in shock!!! It's been years later and I still reflect on how I should have spoken up and reacted differently. One of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. I truly hope this business shuts down!! that his wife wakes up that her husband is a COMPLETE CREEP, and that should have NEVER happened to anyone!!! I have never received a massage like that in my life just for pedicure!! IT WAS AWFUL AND MADE ME SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!!

This time, I decided to try 69 nails because they weren't crowded, which could have been a bad sign. However, the nail tech was nice, patient, and did a great job on my feet. And they didn't charge me an arm and 2 legs for a pedicure. Definitely will go back.

I've been coming here since 2025 and have been a consistent, regular client, especially recently,…read moreso I'm very familiar with their pricing and what to expect. Unfortunately, this salon lacks professionalism, consistency, and accountability. They require a $25 deposit, so I strongly recommend keeping track of your payments. Pricing is not consistent, and if you're not paying attention, you may be overcharged. I had to go back and check my Zelle history to confirm what I've actually paid in the past. My usual nail tech, Ethan, is currently on leave, so Tina did my acrylic set. She attempted to charge me more than what I've consistently been paying. When I politely addressed it and even showed proof, she became combative and handled the situation unprofessionally in front of other customers, stating, "the price is what it is." During the service, the technique was very drill-heavy and repeatedly painful. I've had acrylics done many times, and this level of discomfort was not normal. She even stopped in the middle of my service to complete another client's pedicure, casually asking if she could come back "in a minute," which was unprofessional and delayed my appointment. When I canceled my future appointment, she also attempted to deduct my deposit incorrectly, keeping an extra $10. I had to follow up and correct it myself. Only after I pointed it out did she agree to return it via Zelle. On top of that, if you speak up about quality issues, like uneven French tips or poorly shaped acrylics that lead to breakage, it's often turned back on the customer instead of being fixed. I'll be honest, I had been settling for "okay" work because of the convenience of the location. But between the inconsistent pricing, lack of accountability, poor customer service, and painful experience, I will not be returning.

We walked in for our appointment early expecting to need time to pick colors and they sat us right away and started working. They treated my 6 yr old like an equal participant and took good care of her needs and nails and were kind and patient. Not how we were treated at balisima. Same with me. My pedicurist even continued to massage while the timer beeped for a short bit instead of rushing to be done. Much appreciated. He is also taking great care, paying good attention to detail and fixing any issues as he sees them. Also very relaxing. Its quiete, no loud repetative noises, people talking at normal volume and classic sounds of a nail salon. Enjoyable. Ive had less than nice service at other places around town and this place stands out as amazing in my book. I will say I felt a little rushed by being sat down so quickly and pelted with questions of what services we wanted. But I will be more prepared next time. And all the workers were just awesome I also did not love the physical stretch bending i had to do to get my hand in the UV machine when in the massage chair.
