I asked for thin line French tip and glitter , the girl he had do my painting said they don't do that there , they only offer one type of French tip . The technician soaked her nails in acetone for a long time, forcing her to breathe strong chemical fumes the entire time. Only after I complained did he cover her hands with a towel, but that did not fix the situation or remove the overwhelming acetone smell. This level of carelessness toward a pregnant client is unacceptable. After that, he aggressively filed down her natural nail plate, leaving her nails extremely thin and damaged. She is now experiencing severe burning, pain, and sensitivity. On top of that, he cut her nails poorly and gave them an awful, uneven shape. What made the situation even worse was his attitude. When I politely asked him to be more careful, he became rude and unprofessional instead of apologizing. I would never recommend this "professional" to anyone. Please protect your health, your nails, and your peace of mind by staying away from this place. I also want to bring this directly to the attention of the owner, because this kind of careless and unprofessional treatment of clients will eventually cost you your customers and reputation.

Instead of being greeted, the attitude was basically, "What do you need?" or "What do you want?" I explained that I wanted a pedicure for myself and a manicure and pedicure for my little sister. They were busy, and I completely understood that, so I waited patiently for my turn. The problem started once my service actually began. The man doing my pedicure seemed like he was in a huge rush the entire time. I specifically told him that I had two painful ingrown toenails and asked if he could please take care of them. He didn't listen and just rushed through everything. I also had pink gel structure on my toes that needed to be removed. Now that I'm looking at my toes afterward, I can STILL see pink gel left on them. I asked him to file my toenails very short, and he didn't even properly cut them. He basically went over them quickly with the machine, and they're still long. I paid $40 for my pedicure, and I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the service to actually be completed properly. I shouldn't have to repeatedly ask someone to do something I already explained the first time. My little sister's service also felt extremely rushed. She's a little girl and was only getting a simple manicure and pedicure, but when they finished, there was no cuticle oil, no lotion or cream, nothing. It was basically just, "Okay, done." What really got me was that after rushing through both of our services, they still asked me if I was going to tip. I understand that businesses get busy. I was patient and never complained about having to wait. But being busy doesn't mean customers should pay full price for rushed and incomplete services. I came in expecting to leave happy with our nails, and instead I left disappointed and now have to deal with gel still on my toes and nails that weren't even shortened the way I asked.
