We walked in for our appointment early expecting to need time to pick colors and they sat us right away and started working. They treated my 6 yr old like an equal participant and took good care of her needs and nails and were kind and patient. Not how we were treated at balisima. Same with me. My pedicurist even continued to massage while the timer beeped for a short bit instead of rushing to be done. Much appreciated. He is also taking great care, paying good attention to detail and fixing any issues as he sees them. Also very relaxing. Its quiete, no loud repetative noises, people talking at normal volume and classic sounds of a nail salon. Enjoyable. Ive had less than nice service at other places around town and this place stands out as amazing in my book. But it has come to my attention that the owner of this business (Tommy) has CONTINUED to sexually harass their clients. SO here is what happened to me in 2020: They were only taking one-on-one appointments due to COVID regulations. At the time I was 22 years old. His wife and daughter were in the business towards the back of the business in a room so it was just me and him in the main lobby on a pedicure chair. I had scheduled to do a manicure and pedicure. It started off with a regular manicure and pedicure and his weird comments began. Comments as in "you look so much younger than your age because of how small and petite your body is" -- the comments continued "you have really nice hands and really nice feet" -- they continued, "you are gonna look young for a very long time since you are small and have such a nice body" then the routine of a massage on the feet and calves began (this was normal and expected) THEN his hands traveled up my legs into my inner thighs and then to my shoulders and chest area..... I COMPLETELY FROZE. Up to this day I wish I would have reacted differently but I shut down. I felt completely and utterly paralyzed and in shock!!! It's been years later and I still reflect on how I should have spoken up and reacted differently. One of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. I truly hope this business shuts down!! that his wife wakes up that her husband is a COMPLETE CREEP, and that should have NEVER happened to anyone!!! I saw on yelp that this place had pretty good ratings, and we were in the same plaza having lunch. So glad we did. Melissa and her husband Jason are the sweetest people. So very welcoming and held great conversations with both my mother and I. We talked about traveling, cuisine, and even found we used to live in the same area years ago. They offered both water and coffee to every customer that walked in. Customer service is the first thing I look for when going to nail salons, second is quality of the work. As for our nails, we love them. Melissa listened to what I wanted exactly, and executed just that. My mom is super picky when she gets hers done, but Melissa did her nails sooo well. My mom is obsessed with them. My pedicure was done great. I'm very particular about my feet being clean and another employee did them amazingly. My feet are super soft and look so cute. They have a huge selection of colors, both gel, powder and regular. I've found my new nail spot and will be referring all of my friends here.

How they came out so different, i have no clue but i was so pissed off. I called the next day and she said to wait two weeks for the scabbing to come off. I even went it and showed her.
