This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at a nail salon. From the moment I walked in, I didn't feel welcomed at all. Instead of being greeted, the attitude was basically, "What do you need?" or "What do you want?" I explained that I wanted a pedicure for myself and a manicure and pedicure for my little sister. They were busy, and I completely understood that, so I waited patiently for my turn. The problem started once my service actually began. The man doing my pedicure seemed like he was in a huge rush the entire time. I specifically told him that I had two painful ingrown toenails and asked if he could please take care of them. He didn't listen and just rushed through everything. I also had pink gel structure on my toes that needed to be removed. Now that I'm looking at my toes afterward, I can STILL see pink gel left on them. I asked him to file my toenails very short, and he didn't even properly cut them. He basically went over them quickly with the machine, and they're still long. I paid $40 for my pedicure, and I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the service to actually be completed properly. I shouldn't have to repeatedly ask someone to do something I already explained the first time. My little sister's service also felt extremely rushed. She's a little girl and was only getting a simple manicure and pedicure, but when they finished, there was no cuticle oil, no lotion or cream, nothing. It was basically just, "Okay, done." What really got me was that after rushing through both of our services, they still asked me if I was going to tip. I understand that businesses get busy. I was patient and never complained about having to wait. But being busy doesn't mean customers should pay full price for rushed and incomplete services. I came in expecting to leave happy with our nails, and instead I left disappointed and now have to deal with gel still on my toes and nails that weren't even shortened the way I asked. I paid for my mother's mani & pedi. It looks like a 2 year old did it. it's AWFUL. She's mentioned to me that everything was dirty, unpleasant and the staff was less than polite. I've been coming here since it first opened. It's really sad that you come in expecting to be able to relax and enjoy a nice pedicure especially while 5 months pregnant. That wasn't the case this time. I went in requesting a pedicure and a full set, the woman that did my pedicure didn't even massage the bottoms of my feet, and profeses to just but the paraffin wax bags on me. While cutting my nails she over filed my big toe and cut me, didn't acknowledge it one bit. The man that did my acrylics does a beautiful job. Cuts all over my fingers from over filing. He saw the cuts and just said sorry I cut you a lot and still proceeds to over file them. I think I'm going to have to give this place a rest for awhile. Paid $132 for a #2 pedi with gel and my acrylic set plus tip. Really disappointing read more

I haven't been to this Nail Shop in ages ... My daughter usually does my nails Anyway, arrived to the shop straight from work. I Didn't know what I wanted, so I just asked for the typical French Tips Medium/Short This style cost $55 and it took about 45 min. (Before tip) I like my nails but next time I'm going to ask for a bit more white on the nail tip and less nail bed so that the nail can match my fingers lol. Wish i would have noticed in the shop. I really like my left hand tho. They really do a good job if you know what you want and how you want it and it feels relaxing in there Can't wait to return for a Fill... Wish i read the reviews first but i was in a hurry and already had to leave another shop because of their rudeness. Although the people here weren't rude and the procedures leading up to the painting was very nice...I probably won't be back...my acrylic is even which I politely told him but he just couldn't get it right then insisted it was even...then my paint was lumpy ....but even after all of that I still tipped him $5, when i went to pay my bill he asked AGAIN about a tip! I said "i just handed you a 5 dollar bill", tell me why he charged my card a 5$ tip!!!! On top of having to pay 2$ just to use the damn card! The owner(I'm assuming) gave me $5 in cash but like why are we being sooo greedy! I guess I'm going to have to drive down to LA to get my maintenance done...i hate it here read more

Not very clean. At first, I thought maybe my feet had flakes and the little floaters in the plastic pedi water were because of me, but as the service progressed I started to notice gunk within the pedi machine, clippings everywhere, and could tell they didn't wipe anything down. While having my mani I noticed additional nail clippings on my towel and hand rest. The bowl looked dirty and the machines were dusty as well. I'm very surprised as to the care given to the sanitation. I don't recall seeing a grade, but frankly, if it's not posted, I can understand why. The staff were friendly tho, and they did a great job. It's literally the lack of sanitation. It was quite disgusting and did not make me feel comfortable towards the end. I won't be returning for this factor, perhaps it's acceptable in the AV but I rather avoid a potential infection. I will note the instruments used on my fingers were in a sealed bag before they were used on me. Please sanitize the area, pick up the clippings, wipe down the areas, offer your clients water, and keep clean towels or disregard the rough looking rags with paint on them. read more

I'm so disappointed I got my feet and nails did here about a month ago I came home and the next day I had a broken skin on my foot and a discharge was coming out I try to doctor on it myself but it wasn't getting better went to the doctor and it was infected the doctor said it came from dirty tools that they use on my feet I'm never going back there again they used that cheese grater on my feet which I hate and it was dirty which I didn't know but come to think about it I never see them clean there tools so lady's be very careful going there I had to take antibiotics and some cream for my foot thank God it's heal up now but that is so disgusting I will never ever go back there after experiencing that be careful lady's and men as well! read more

I have been to Vincent nails maybe about 5 times and I usually just have sam do my hands and long do my pedicure in my opinion the work is nice but Sam rushes through the set and I did realize that he stopped to help long with a pedicure acrylic toe nail with the same exact brush he used on my hands and another clients feet mid full set so that was my red flag #2 my red flag #1 is that they don't use new files of drills on each client and that can be dangerous considering people have fungus and germs and especially cross contamination between feet and hands then Sam finished my full set and I request that long would do my feet and everything was okay except he used that cheese grater tool on my feet and now my feet look so crusty and dry and I had to give myself a foot scrub with a pumice bar now I see why many people are no longer using that tool because the whole reason I went was for a pedicure bc I'm pregnant and wanted to relax and now my feet are peeling and fee very crusty and i believe it because of that cheese grater read more

Went back in under 24 hrs to show them and ask for a repaint and they reacted bothered. Then said "that polish doesn't last long". Does that mean it can't even last 24 hrs? Great, fast service! I came in with my mom, my aunt and my cousin on a sunday around 12pm. I expected an hour wait because Sundays at nail salons I feel are always busy anywhere. I made an appointment for my birthday weekend. My appointment was for my husband and I to both get mani/pedi. They took me for my appointment time then tried to make my husband wait because there wasn't a female to do his services. I guess at this shop if there is a male client female do the service and if it's a female client, a male will do the service. Meanwhile this wasn't conveyed to us and he is sitting in the pedi chair feet soaking and other patrons are coming in being serviced before him. It wasn't until him and I started talking about it , that it was addressed to us why he wasn't being serviced at his appointment time. They quickly had a man come over to do his service. The man cut his feet with the cheese grater during the pedicure. And my cuticles were painfully inflamed for over a week and had a horrible rash on my feet, with red bumps. DO NOT GO HERE . They do not sanitize their instruments they use from client. I watched them use same instruments on 2 separate clients while getting my pedicure. Then my feet had a horrible reaction.
