I typically do not write reviews but this one is one for the books. I came in and requested dip, a simple yellow, nothing crazy. This man proceeded to tell me that all he does is clear and adds gel on top. Then he went and found some new dip colors and said he could do it. From the moment he started it was all bad. My shape was off, he was drilling in between dips with NO ACTIVATOR. My nails were never fully dry when he was DRILLING. They were the most uneven surfaces, every dip just kept getting worse and worse. At the end when he saw how TERRIBLE it was, he proceeded to tell me to go where i always go because they do things different there. Adding that thats the reason he doesn't do color. This place racially profiled me as a Latina Woman. An Older, thin women who typically does pedicures refused to let me out of my seat or even let me put my shoes on, and snatched my card out of my hands saying I had to give her my card to pay right there at my chair. WHEN I have come to this place for years. I have never been treated this way, I have always been able to get my shoes on, (even helped) and been able to pay at the counter and walk back over to give them a tip. I asked the lady why she was being so rude to me in front of everyone thinking I was going to leave or something and she said YES!! Richin painted my nails over acrylic dust... they look too big for my fingers, rushed and nappy service... and I had to ask them to re do a toe nail which they were just going to overlayer on the bulgy smear. I worked in The Valley and always accommodate me if I am running late. Services are great from pedicures, manicure, waxing and eyelashes, never had a bad service. I went to nailisimo and got my eyelashes done. They also made me sign a waiver to get my eyelashes. Which never had to do before. They destroyed my lashes there was so much glue used the lashes where hard and stiff she even managed to get the glue on the inside of my eyelids. I went back the nexted day and asked her to remove them she said she didnt have time to remove them and she had an another appointment coming at 2 then she said that she wouldn't be there the rest of the week until Friday keep in mind this is Sunday so the next day I went to a salon that specializes in eyelashes to have them removed and when the lady looked at my eyelashes she told me that in fact she didn't even use eyelash glue she used hair glue do not go to the salon to get your eyelashes done or anything else they are very unprofessional read more

I came in around 5:30 pm and finished around 6:20 pm and I got a man, I don't know what his name is but he looked to be around his 30's or so and he was very rude and rough. I've tried this place twice and each time I've walked away feeling like I wasted my money. I got a fresh full set but im walking out of the shop with nails that look like I need a fill. They didn't paint the sides of my nail. I got gel nails and unfortunately each nail looks lumpy. Every time I go I ask for thin square shaped, this time they gave me some weird shape that is wider at the tip of the nail. I'm so frustrated... This is about the second time i've came here but it's the first time paul does my nails and i absolutely hate them i asked for a black french tip with rhinestones and i showed a picture for reference and so then he got started. first red flag was that he stared putting glue on my finger nails without measuring the nails tips to my nail bed and he had to keep pulling off the nails tips because they didn't fit. i didn't like the way he laid the acrylic but i was trusting the process, i didn't like the length or shape but i was like oh well can't go back now and then he gets to the french tip part and he started just putting black on the tip but he wasn't putting a curve to it but the picture i showed had the curve so then i call it out and he tells me he can't do french tip so i was very upset because if he knew he couldn't i don't know why he would even start because i SHOWED HIM A PICTURE so he could've told me sorry i can't do that and i would've sat right back down and waited for someone who can. so i asked him if he can get someone else to do it and so he asks this lady to do it and she for sure did it way better butttt when she finished she pulled out a silver nail polish and was telling me she can put that but i was like no i just want the rhinestones but she was like i think it'll look nice i was like you may think it looks nice but i don't but she was like trust me and still did it anyways it looks okay but it's just not what i wanted but once i was about to pay she said they'll redo it but now i've been waiting and waiting and i'm just completely unsatisfied read more
