The photo is after only 12 days. My gel polish usually lasts 3 to 6 weeks I wish I had read the other reviews before I went there. I got the same. "I'm so sorry we must've been very busy." Ever since the owners left and opened at Nails Lab, the quality and service at Posh has been terrible. I got my nails done at Posh and they came out bulky, bubbly, and overall were already lifting. When I went to Kim's new shop for polish redo, I ended up having to get a fill because of the lack of coverage. Mind you it's only been a couple days since I had been to Posh. Once I contacted the new owner at Posh and voiced my complaint, they completely brushed it off and stated there is a same day return to fix it otherwise they can't do anything about it. DO NOT COME HERE. I was a new customer looking to get 4 of my broken nails fixed for New Year's Eve. I check in and asked for a price from Kim. She said it will be $22 so I decided to pay first. I was then sat with a man in the front and I told him "hello it's just 4 nails :)" he looks at me with a blank face and says "well it'll be $35". I told him that I payed already and that I was given a price of $22. He got upset and insisted for me to get a fill maybe because he didn't want to do work for 20 dollars ? I told him I didn't have time and that I did not want a fill but thanks anyways. He did not take no for an answer so he started to do the fill. I told him what are you doing I said I did NOT want a fill. He stops with an attitude and drops his tools and says "well then she can do it for you" I was then moved to Kim's nail station. After a few minutes Kim comes and says "WHAT HAPPENED?! Is this your new design? and starts to laugh in my face. *previous nail tech removed my French tip design because he wanted me to do a fill* She knew it was a bad joke. She already had seen my nails from the beginning she was the one who had to look at both of my hands to quote me $22 for the 4 broken nails. Kim knew it was not a design. She's making fun of the situation. At this point I was hoping to get an apology or a "sorry for the misunderstanding but I will take care of it for you" or some kind of nice response. I told Kim this happened because he wanted me to do a fill even after I said no.She says " WELL HE DIDNT UNDERSTAND AND YOU DONT TALK". At this point I'm really upset because I told him many times no thanks, I did not have time, and that I did not want one but I ignored it and let her continue. I didn't want to have a bad day because people have bad attitudes and it's New Year's Eve. Kim then sits down to start but she looks mad and frustrated as if someone was forcing her. She grabs a paper towel from the light bar is such an aggressive way and removed my phone from the charging station and says "is this your phone" I said "yes?" I'm thinking to myself who's else would it be. I was hoping after I said yes she would put it back to charge but she did NOT. She turns around and grabs some things. I put it back on the charging port and she looks at me with a nasty face and says "IT DOESNT WORK" I told her it was there for a reason. It was charging my phone and I said "look it's working". She then rolls her eyes at me. I give her my hands to start and she looks at me and "says OH MY GOSH MOVE YOUR HANDS" and pushes them back. She's now starting but she does them in a rush, with no effort, shape, or color match so they can all look the same. She's about to finish *took about 10 min at most* even doing the French tip design she was doing them super quick and wrong. She is pointing at the gel drying machine so I can put my hands in to dry. In a rude, demanding way. Kim here's an idea TALK like you said to me or be polite and say you can put your hands in. Now as soon as she finished she gets up and goes to the next client in the brow room. I didn't get "Happy new year" "have a good day" or at least an apology. She was so over me she didn't even notice that the powder she put on me didn't even match my other nails. Maybe she did but didn't even want to consider looking for the closest one to match. They looked so ugly, didn't match the nude powder and didn't even ask me if it was coffin or square shape. She just did a coffin shape when my previous shape was square. Obviously she doesn't care about her customers to return or care for the nails to look their best. I will not be coming here again. Kim YOU ARE NOT BETTER THAN ANYONE HUMBLE YOURSELF AND LEARN HOW TO RESPECT, APOLOGIZE, AND BE POLITE. You need to work on your customer service and people skills. It was my first time at posh nail salon and i was impressed with how clean it is. The nail techs were all friendly and welcoming. I got a gel manicure with Mai and she did amazing. She was very sweet, attentive and made me feel welcomed. Mai got 5 stars from me. The only reason why I took 1 star off is because the gentleman that did my pedicure was also sweet and did a great job with my pedicure but unfortunately he didn't pay attention to detail. The polish application wasn't the best. He tried to fix it but it made it lumpy. Mai took over and removed the polish and re polished my nails. They looked so much better after.
