Jeremy is a very skilled barber who had clients in his chair non-stop for over 4hrs while I was there. He did a freehand design in a matter of minutes. He is now my go to barber. I also had my hair colored by Chong. She as well is an excellent colorist and stylist. She bleached and toned my hair to perfection no yellow or brassy tones. The prices for my cut and hair design from Jeremy were more than reasonable I expected to pay more as well as with my color. Recommend Jeremy for any of your barber needs and go to Chong for color and style. All the stylists were super busy with clients waiting.... A great overall experience and will be making all my future appointments here.

Very much to my surprise as most of the technicians I called prior in day were booked weeks out or just flat out not accepting new clients. When I arrived I mentioned being interested in the GelX gel extensions and even more to my surprise Denise mentioned she offered that as well!! I was so happy I had given up on finding a nail technician in the AV that specializes in this system months prior. What a lucky day for me I switched my game plan which Denise was very accommodating to and she started prepping my (severely damaged) nails. Boy was I super impressed with all her knowledge and ability to communicate the various techniques to me that she offers. I'm not accustomed to this at all. I never imagined that my nails could look this awesome I've come very accustomed to settling, well not anymore. This is a very unprofessional business the owners are a couple who don't have any knowledge in the Beauty industry. I spoke with Alex to get my refund for a package that I purchased in the beauty bar and I also asked for documentation of what I supposably sign. Alex keeps neglecting our conversations and he won't send me the documents I asked for. First of all I had an appointment with an esthetician who is licensed, and when I get there the owner Alejandra tells me that the license esthetician called out sick, which that was a lie. The esthetician was no longer working in the beauty bar. Alejandra then tells me she has experience in facials so I gave her a chance to do my facial. I paid for nothing I seen no difference in my face and soon after I find out this girl is not licensed, and she's not even an esthetician. Please be very careful when you treat your skin specially your face. Always make sure that the person who treating you has experience and is licensed. Again for your own sake don't buy packages or memberships.
