Queen for a Day package is a 60 minutes facial, 60 minutes massage, body salt scrub, manicure, and pedicure. My friend said the massage she had was the best massage she'd ever had (and she gets loads, including regularly from a physical therapist). Well, no problem. Let me still get my 10 AM massage. I get to the salon at 10 AM. Yelp, says they open at 9 am but nobody is there. I say at about 10:01am Karina shows up. She needs about 10 minutes to prepare before we can start the massage. I'm not in a rush, so no problem. My 90 minute massage was cut down to probably about 75 minutes. When I confronted her about it, she did takeoff $10. But many people would not say anything at all. I found this to be unethical. The whole thing was rather disappointing.
