If she's reading this: sweetheart, not all Black people are bad. You may have dealt with some negative experiences in the past, but we are not like everyone else. We don't think we will ever return to this location because of how she treated my husband--simply for asking about check-in, as though we were going to destroy the hotel. The limited language does cause a bit of confusion over the phone, but that's understandable. We have our temperatures checked, are asked to use hand sanitize, and to wear masks during the session. This does make it a bit awkward and difficult to breathe, but again, understandable. The rooms are very minimal and the towels/sheets are low quality, but we are only there for an hour. The ladies have been friendly and accommodating to our specific massage needs. They currently charge $60 per hour and we give $20 tip for each of the ladies so $160 out the door for a bare bones experience, but no complaints from us.

I wanted to share my experience from my visit on Thursday evening. I've attached photos showing the condition of my nails. In addition, I felt that my pedicure was rushed. The service advertised a 10-minute massage, but it lasted only about 6 minutes. The massage and other parts of the pedicure felt very brief, and I didn't feel I received the service that I paid for. When I returned to show the chipped nails, I was told they could simply file them down. Filing chipped gel polish does not correct the problem or address why the manicure failed so quickly. I would appreciate a proper resolution.I chose this salon because I expected quality work, and unfortunately this experience did not meet those expectations. They ask customers to leave a review immediately after the service, but I believe reviews should reflect the quality of the work after you've had a chance to see how it holds up. Unfortunately, the quality did not meet my expectations. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.
