I booked online several days in advance and received confirmations. Showed up at the time of my appointment, and no one was there. I wish I knew about Haven years ago! My massage with Emily was so therapeutic. She worked on places that I didn't even know I needed work on! It felt like she was disentangling all my twisted muscles and putting me back together in the right places. So glad that I finally made my way to Haven. I booked a 90 minute massage ($200) and a self warming eye mask (only $5!) with Emily and had a wonderful experience. Although Haven is notably more expensive than some of the other places I have been to, the experience is worth the difference in cost. Everything here feels luxurious - the massage beds themselves and the linens on them stood out to me. As a larger woman, I sometimes have found certain massage tables to not be the most comfortable but the ones at Haven were very plush and supportive. The linens were soft and there was a weighted warm blanket which was very relaxing. The ambiance was exactly how I like it; dark, soft relaxing background music, aromatherapy. I had never had a CBD massage before but the salve they used felt lovely and I left feeling incredibly relaxed. Emily was so welcoming and understanding of my unique needs. She made me feel comfortable and used many techniques that I had not previously experienced. I could tell that she really put a lot of effort into the massage, and was attentive from head to toe. I highly recommend adding the self warming eye mask, I had no idea I would find it so enjoyable and when combined with the scalp massage, it was such a great feeling. Emily is amazing! I was in a car accident several years ago, that resulted in several back surgeries and eventually a spinal fusion. My back was always the primary focus because it was the worst of my injuries, but my neck has also bothered me and nothing has seemed to help. I got the Haven Signature Massage, and she used CBD massage oil, and it truly made such a difference. I left Haven with more range of motion in my neck than I have experienced since before the accident, and that alone will keep me coming back to her, not to mention that the aches and pains in the rest of my body were nonexistent as well.
