Huge language barrier unfortunately, so when I asked the woman for lighter pressure, she didn't appear to understand what I asked for and continued w/out a change. I asked her again a 2nd time for lighter pressure (I used a hand gesture hoping that would work) and it did. But, then she eased up too much and she was only lightly rubbing my feet with her fingertips. Meh. Had there not been such an issue with a language barrier I probably could have rated 4 stars. At checkout is where things went south. I was prepared, and expected to pay with my card and was going to tip her in cash. When the lady was about to ring me up she then included the $2 service charge, to my shock. (Now, I get the whole thing. This is not a place to argue discuss the sad state of our present world.
