Some of the stretching positions felt a little odd, definitely need some getting used to. At the one hour mark, I extended the session to 90 minutes and mentioned to do more work on my back since my shoulders were still tense. Overall it was a good experience. I did feel some relief but I had hoped she focused more on my shoulders since I did mention that it was tense.
