If I could give her a negative star I would. Heather Pica, the owner. I am sure at one time or another she earned her positive reviews. But my experience with her was less then mediocre. She gave me a package deal because I had multiple things done and charged me all up front. Then after I paid stated she could not finish my work. Due to not having the pigments needed for my lips. She had to order it. For all this she did not give me any type of written receipt. Very shady. Then gave me a re-schedule date a month off. Close to the date of appointment she stated the product was not in yet. Then the night before my appointment she stated her father was ill and was leaving town and did not know when she would be back. If I new all this I would have never paid her up front as she demanded. Three months later I still had no lips done. I requested my money be refunded for the work not completed. Not to mention my eyebrows are incomplete. I need to get her work corrected somewhere else. A big waist of my time and money. When I requested my money refunded she text me nonsense that I was harassing her. ( no I simply wanted my money back)! Then she called me spewing on about her personal life. I am a client not her friend. She needs to carry herself in a more professional manner. She then proceeded to yell, insult, and defame my character. Very uncalled for for requesting a refund. I hope you never see the truly disgusting side of her. No client deserves that sort of treatment. Stay away, far far away. Also I left her this same review on other sites. To further inform people of her behavior. She will reply in an educated manner. Trying to be fast with her words. Trying to make herself look like she is in the right. I am telling you. She is not. She verbally assaulted me when asking for my refund. I reiterate, I did not want her to touch me again which is why I asked for my money back. She never at any moment referred anyone-else to me. As you can see in these photos, she left my eyebrows very bad. I need to get them corrected someplace else. Not to mention I asked for cat eye eyeliner and she did not put it over the entire length of my eye. She fell very short of it. Another thing I need to get corrected. She also in her website and brochure claims to have three sites. She is a one band man. She is her only employee. Therefore if you are not happy with her. It is too bad for you. The site she sent me too in Lancaster so she can do my work was a seedy tattoo shop on an ugly side of town. Do not get me wrong. I have tattoos myself. But I got them from nicer establishments. Just a heads up to anyone expecting something better. You will not get it with her. FYI, she did not recommend another person to finish work. And yes this review is very accurate and honest. Heather explained everything to me and picked the exact color to match my skin tone and my hair color and the shape is beautiful! I went with powder brows instead of micro blading. Heather has been working on correcting my eyebrows previously done. She explained it's a process. I have been to the Lancaster and New Hall studios. Both facilities are clean, sterile environments with complete privacy. Yesterday she did my lip blush which looks amazing. She is top of the line in her profession. It's been a year since I had my brows and eyeliner done, and they still look great as new. Heather was very friendly and professional, and answered the million questions I had before the procedure, and then as follow up after care. I was really impressed with the design/style she made my brows. My real brows are very fine haired, so my own drawing in of them was constantly changing. I don't really have time to write reviews online,but after what happened to me at "new image permanent cosmetics" place i felt it was important for me to take the time to share my experience and prevent other people to experience what i have been through. I needed to have a permanent makeup to cover up some white spots that i had in my bottom lip from biting it .That lady does not know what she is doing (at least when it comes to lip procedures ,since i did not have eyebrows done i can not talk about eyebrows procedures). She did not know which color to use to camouflage my white spots ,so we spent at least one hour trying to determine which color to use .We agreed way before starting the procedure that i would pay $200 ,then she asked me to pay more money for a supposedly second procedure to add "some color to my bottom lip. The procedure was very painful comparing to a previous one that i had done year ago in New York.Few days after the procedure i messaged her telling her that my bottom lip was still showing the white spots but she unprofessionally referred me to another place to complete or re do the job that she could not do; without even wanting to take a look at the bad job that she had done. So that is how she treats her clients ...she does not do the job that is paid for and tell you where else to go and waste more money ....Please people ,if you want to do a permanent lip make up ,don't go there because she does not know anything about lip makeup. read more

That Yas review really threw me and i am glad i don't always check reviews or always listen to them. I am sorry for the lady but my experience is a complete 180,,, Heather is fabulous!! I was terrified being up in age and having had it done before including in Hawaii... I am here to tell you my eyebrows are perfect,,,,,, i was scared they would LOOK tattoo"d But they don't! She is free hand which is so much better than stencils and she listened to all my concerns and made me feel so comfortable! Way back in the day we used to shave our eyebrows, wake up early before anyone else just so we could pencil them back on..... So she sure didn't have a lot to go by and did them perfect!!
