They decided that I would be a good fit for the new pico laser that they will be getting in a few weeks but in the meantime they suggested that I buy a retinol product from them for $150 while I wait for them to call me back for an appointment with their pico laser in a couple of weeks. Long behold, I've never gotten a call from them and I was never given a refund of the consultation fee either. I've even inquired to make an appointment recently on their website which went ignored, my calls also went unanswered. I highly suggest everyone to stay away from this place.
