I've gotten gel on my toes and they last as good as day one pretty much until they grow out. Mostly I get a basic manicure and pedicure and whatever nail shape I ask, or specifications I need, they can take care of. Over the years, I have seen once in a while, there's a certain type of customer that will come in, get their service, and have a meltdown/make a loud scene looking specifically to get out of paying which I have seen in other salons too. It happens. I am always impressed at how professionally and tactfully the employees respond to those kinds of situations. Overall, I appreciate the service they provide, their presence in the community and would like to see them continue be a part of it. How could that be healthy for your eyes, i thought to myself. Some one could go blind after a few times with that procedure. Well here with Elle, she puts extension on with eyes closed, so that burning does not happen. It maybe a little more expensive, but I would rather pay a little more than an for some un-experienced person thinking they know what they are doing. Then she "Ellle" put this hydrating gel band under my eyes, felt good. The other place doesn't put anything - a, "hi, lets get it done, pay me and goodbye". was all I got.
