I have had Kathryn Joy work on both my eyebrows and my eyelids for eyeliner twice now. A year ago, I bought the package of both eyebrow and eyeliner with retouch within 12 months. I have been so happy that I went to her. I had someone previously do my eyebrows but the work she did on both my eyebrows and eyes I loved so much I didn't think I needed a retouch but went in anyway because it was apart of the package I purchased and they are beautiful. I have had permanent makeup for about 6 or 7 years now. I moved to Huntington Beach and needed to find someone new for eyebrows and eyeliner.
