However, this was a bad assumption on my part. She was rude when I pointed out what I was unhappy with - mainly the drab, ashy color and the difference on one side from the other! She is the most friendly down to earth person who did such an amazing job on my locs and I am so happy and satisfied with the work she did. Leilani took her time with my hair and I did not feel rushed to get out of her chair at all, she truly cares about her customers.
