Most all the girls and of corse. Isaac are so friendly and cheerful . They always recognize me and know exactly which bed I go in so it makes it so much quicker and it's always very clean ! They have a lot of different style beds, stand up, an intense bed that gets u really tan, a bed with face tanner and air conditioner and the bulbs are usually brand new. They also have things or machines that help your muscles or a sweat room and always lots of tanning lotion! Oh and even really cute cloths and much more so go check it out! There are great deals here for Thanksgiving that offer a great discount on packages. There is a variety of options for different treatments you can get here. They have a cryotherapy chamber but the day I went they ran out of nitrogen and was unable to replace it until the next day. I tried the cryotherapy spot treatment but I didn't feel like it helped that much the following day. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. read more

This place is a scam!!! They could care less about the customers. I purchased two memberships for 30 days for me and my daughter $39 apiece based on being able to have access to the body wrap. I have not had access to the body wrap for the entire month of March Because they are all out of the sweatsuits we do not have access to the body wrap or the Cocoon because I don't have the body suits.. I used the cocoon without the bodysuit in the infrared light burned me . Until this day they still don't have any of the body suits however, I was charged for the month of March and did not have access to the equipment I signed up for. I asked to be accommodated for one month once the body suits came in and they refused so technically they were paid for a full month and I had no use of the facility. I am continuing to fight my bank to get a refund and I will never patronize this establishment again. Management are rude and they could care less about me as a customer. This place could care less about customer service all they want is your money it's bad enough that they have that vibrating machine that does nothing this place is a scam. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. I wish I could give this place zero stars , I don't know how they survived Covid with the attitude Management has. read more

Called to get prices and who ever answered had an attitude made me feel like I was bothering her to know at least an estimate. Not friendly at all, and when I told her if I'm bothering her to get quotes she said it's because we have allot of competitors calling for price. I get that but you can still be friendly On the phone. She only suggested for me to come in after I told her about her attitude. They assumed right away I was a competitor calling and not a future client. Definitely loss my business and definitely will be telling my client not to go here. read more

I love this place. I have been tanning off and on since it was Bronz Bunz years ago and they still had all my information. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The place is clean and the prices are great, so many options from 1 tan to monthly plans. They have plenty of beds and the place is comfortable and not hot even with the beds running. The staff makes you feel at home and welcome, every time you visit. The only negative I can say is that there are a lot of homeless people that hang out at the AM/PM next door. But that's the cops problem, they really need to start running them off. Don't let that scare you off. I've never had anyone approach me and there is great parking next to Westside Tan that has easy access in and out. Great place to tan! read more

I'm a new client was greeted and very well taken care of by 2 employees specifically ( Issac and Sara) there is one employee who is never friendly and just gives off a bad vibe everytime I deal with her. She recently told me I needed to stop and look thru the door, that is tinted, to see if another client is inside before I enter. Wow! What a surprise. Was in town visiting family for an upcoming event and needed to pop in for a tan. I was pleased to see all my options. I could choose from standard beds, high pressure and even spray. I chose the high pressure bed. The staff was very friendly. Showed me how to operate the bed and offered advise on minutes to use based on the color of my skin. I sure don't get that at the place (gym) I currently use. I have a new favorite place to go when visiting the Lancaster area. I would def. recommend Westside tan! read more

They just got the new cryogenic machine at the salon and i tried it and I'm obsessed with it. I did it Monday with Harmony and Melody they were so helpful. i had so much energy when i was done i had no back pain which i have and my joints felt amazing. I didn't need to take any Tylenol for the last three days, today i can kinda feel my back pain but nothing compared to before. I went to westside tan around 3-5 different times to begin getting a tan for the hot summer months to come and that was a mistake! Anytime I go into the Lancaster as well as the Quartz Hill locations the beds have sweat marks on them, and sometimes even left over tanning lotion on the inside of the bed from the previous tanning customer, which is absolutely disgusting!! Either the staff doesn't clean the beds, or doesn't know how to clean them properly. I usually always have to ask the girls at the front desk to "re-clean" the bed and receive attitude when I ask, I can't believe they give me attitude when I ask to use a clean bed that I paid for! read more

I give this place a 5 start rating mainly because of the service I get here. I've been coming here a tad over 3 years now. There's this girl named Cherokee ( How can you forget that name hehe ) she's so awesome. She's extremely professional and very smart. She knows her products. She knows what beds are best for your skin type. I'm surprised she's not a manager by now. I'm sure the owner knows how well she is doing. They scored hiring her that's for sure. There's this blonde chick ( Not the manager ) who was glued to her cellphone the other day. When I left she definitely had no clue I even walked right by her. The staff ALWAYS says bye. ALWAYS. This chick however, she's always on her phone. Anyways.. The place is always clean. I love how they actually wash all towels on site. I was not sure which bed to use so the wonderful sales person showed me several beds to choose from and all were super clean!
