I'm not one to make reviews but these are my bridesmaid nails and I am embarrassed to show up to my event like this today. But it has come to my attention that the owner of this business (Tommy) has CONTINUED to sexually harass their clients. SO here is what happened to me in 2020: They were only taking one-on-one appointments due to COVID regulations. At the time I was 22 years old. His wife and daughter were in the business towards the back of the business in a room so it was just me and him in the main lobby on a pedicure chair. I had scheduled to do a manicure and pedicure. It started off with a regular manicure and pedicure and his weird comments began. Comments as in "you look so much younger than your age because of how small and petite your body is" -- the comments continued "you have really nice hands and really nice feet" -- they continued, "you are gonna look young for a very long time since you are small and have such a nice body" then the routine of a massage on the feet and calves began (this was normal and expected) THEN his hands traveled up my legs into my inner thighs and then to my shoulders and chest area..... I COMPLETELY FROZE. Up to this day I wish I would have reacted differently but I shut down. I felt completely and utterly paralyzed and in shock!!! It's been years later and I still reflect on how I should have spoken up and reacted differently. One of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. I truly hope this business shuts down!! that his wife wakes up that her husband is a COMPLETE CREEP, and that should have NEVER happened to anyone!!! I have never received a massage like that in my life just for pedicure!! IT WAS AWFUL AND MADE ME SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!!

I get my eyelashes done here by Brittany and her work is phenomenal!!! I have very thin eyelashes and have always wanted a fuller look but have hesitated for reasons including price, upkeep and safety. After my first appointment with Brittany she was very thorough with how to properly clean and maintain them and assured me that it was 100% safe. She has the certification and experience and I wouldn't trust my lashes with anyone but her. I have been a faithful client for 3 months and it becomes an addiction to look this great. Since being taken over by Westside Tan this place has done nothing but make huge improvements all around.I've been tanning for years,the girls that work at the front desk are always there to help with any questions or concerns you may have and are beyond friendly making your tanning experience overall a great time. I arrived early; there was plenty of free parking. Receptionist was courteous and ask what I was there for. Then the student came to get me. The student made comfortable by asking my name and introducing herself. She asked what I wanted done, showed me colors then she went to work. When it was done; I didn't get the color that I wanted and the haircut. I was a little bit disappointing but for the amount I paid, I guess that's what you get for. And the student needs to learn a lot as well even though she's almost finished. The place needs a lot of revamps, make it more welcoming and stylish especially the area where they wash the hair; uncomfortable and outdated. Still, if you're on a budget and don't mind being part of the learning process, this is a reasonable option.

Unfortunately, this salon lacks professionalism, consistency, and accountability. They require a $25 deposit, so I strongly recommend keeping track of your payments. Pricing is not consistent, and if you're not paying attention, you may be overcharged. I had to go back and check my Zelle history to confirm what I've actually paid in the past. My usual nail tech, Ethan, is currently on leave, so Tina did my acrylic set. She attempted to charge me more than what I've consistently been paying. When I politely addressed it and even showed proof, she became combative and handled the situation unprofessionally in front of other customers, stating, "the price is what it is." During the service, the technique was very drill-heavy and repeatedly painful. I've had acrylics done many times, and this level of discomfort was not normal. She even stopped in the middle of my service to complete another client's pedicure, casually asking if she could come back "in a minute," which was unprofessional and delayed my appointment. When I canceled my future appointment, she also attempted to deduct my deposit incorrectly, keeping an extra $10. I had to follow up and correct it myself. Only after I pointed it out did she agree to return it via Zelle. On top of that, if you speak up about quality issues, like uneven French tips or poorly shaped acrylics that lead to breakage, it's often turned back on the customer instead of being fixed. I'll be honest, I had been settling for "okay" work because of the convenience of the location. But between the inconsistent pricing, lack of accountability, poor customer service, and painful experience, I will not be returning.
