I took Jeremy's recommendation for the midface cheek filler (Restylane Lyft) instead of going for my original request for chin filler. The preventative Dysport helped smooth my forehead and masseter tox helped with my TMJ and significantly slimmed my face. I plan to continue with future ViPeel chemical peels since Jeremy recommended improving my skin quality (I suffer from hormonal acne). I prioritized the injectables first since I wanted to glow up for an upcoming wedding I'm attending. If you're in the AV I highly recommend Jeremy & the Skin Perfect team! Over time, I felt my facial appearance had changed dramatically. I repeatedly told Abny and the staff how unhappy and distressed I was. Abny explained that Juvéderm was contributing to the problems and that I needed to be patient while transitioning to Restylane. I trusted her and believed additional treatments would eventually help me look like myself again. I was repeatedly told to let the swelling go down or the filler settle. I would cry when I looked in the mirror. I hated how I looked and didn't want to be seen in public. I still attended friends' events, but I often wanted to leave immediately and go home. I couldn't take photos without filters and feared I would never look like myself again. My family and friends saw how deeply this affected me. I even sent messages to Skin Perfect describing my emotional breakdowns and saying I felt like a monster. I also referred people to Skin Perfect for services including Dysport and CoolSculpting, partly because referrals helped me get discounts on treatments I kept paying for. I referred a friend for lip filler, too, because she wanted a subtler result than I did and I thought she might be happy with it. Those referrals did not mean I was happy with my own filler results. I truly believed the staff were helping me fix them. Jeremy later provided complimentary filler in an attempt to correct my concerns. I wanted to believe it helped, and I didn't want to seem ungrateful, but ultimately I felt my appearance looked worse. I spent well over $5,000 at Skin Perfect, plus more money seeking corrections elsewhere. I am requesting my records to confirm the full amount. Eventually I went to Beyond Harmony Med Spa in Stevenson Ranch, where Christy helped me through extensive dissolving and corrective treatments. At my initial evaluation, she told me she found filler in areas where she believed it should not have been placed. The correction process took nearly two years. I also posted a positive review for Beyond Harmony because I am grateful for her help. For the first time in a long time, I could look in the mirror comfortably and take pictures without filters. I began feeling like myself again. Recently, when I contacted Skin Perfect for my records, I was questioned about what I expected them to do after so much time and reminded that Jeremy had given me free filler. To me, those were attempts to address problems I had repeatedly raised, not a resolution of what I experienced. I have photos from before Skin Perfect, during treatment, and after corrections. I am sharing my experience because I wish I had understood how emotionally and financially difficult this journey could become. I spent years trusting that things would improve. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Skin Perfect Medical for facial filler.

This is a very unprofessional business the owners are a couple who don't have any knowledge in the Beauty industry. I spoke with Alex to get my refund for a package that I purchased in the beauty bar and I also asked for documentation of what I supposably sign. Alex keeps neglecting our conversations and he won't send me the documents I asked for. First of all I had an appointment with an esthetician who is licensed, and when I get there the owner Alejandra tells me that the license esthetician called out sick, which that was a lie. The esthetician was no longer working in the beauty bar. Alejandra then tells me she has experience in facials so I gave her a chance to do my facial. I paid for nothing I seen no difference in my face and soon after I find out this girl is not licensed, and she's not even an esthetician. Please be very careful when you treat your skin specially your face. Always make sure that the person who treating you has experience and is licensed. Again for your own sake don't buy packages or memberships.
