Forget having a shower in the women's change room as there is no hot water, missing shower curtains and filthy. This is not the first time I've been here and there was no hot water in the the women's change room. We used to come here all the time when we were staying in the area. I'll be thinking twice before I come back here.

At one point, I was told, "and that's why you don't wear shorts to Pilates," which felt unnecessary and embarrassing rather than helpful or professional. There also doesn't seem to be a proper front desk or welcoming environment for new clients, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. If you are truly beginner-friendly, instructors should create a supportive atmosphere instead of making people feel judged for not already knowing studio expectations. Unfortunately, I left feeling discouraged rather than encouraged. I've had much better experiences at LUMIX, where the environment feels welcoming, supportive, and genuinely inclusive for all levels.
