Amazing gym for its size. I've only been to commercial gyms in the past so i was worried this place would get too packed but that was never an issue for me when i went in the mornings. Atmosphere is great and employees seem cool. Equipment was always in good shape and i would see employees fixing anything out of order. Gym is very clean and has equipment for anything you want to do. Had to cancel my membership due to moving jobs and that process was super easy as well. Me and a buddy got kicked out. I only accessed the gym alone once this month and I had told them to cancel the month prior( which they didn't) . They didn't so I said heck it, I'll go and I'll bring a buddy in... mind you, mid month, only gone in once since I told them to cancel, they kept charging me. I moved to Lancaster short term and found Red Strength Gym. By far has been the Best gym I've gone to. Super clean, staff is great and helpful and I love the culture of clean up after yourself in there. Easy to access the gym 24/7 all you have to do is check in with your app on your phone and door opens. By far the safest and cleanest gym I've been to. Great gym- lots of good quality equipment. The website lets you know how busy it is. Open 24/7 with water refill station (room temp). Good A/C. I like how there isn't a front desk- just the app to come in and out. Rules are easy to follow. So easy to let them know if you need to cancel or add a family member. Very happy! read more

What can I say? This gym is the best Lancaster has to offer. The owner constantly brings in new equipment and promptly addresses any concerns. The staff is incredible! They keep this place looking sharp and are hands down the hardest working staff I've ever seen at any gym. The owner has taken an old office building and flipped it into an awesome fitness facility. My only complaint is how messy the other members are. They stuff paper towels into crevasses on the equipment, leave water running and flood the floor then just throw a paper towel on it and walk away, just pile up equipment on the floors at night, leave weights everywhere, and piss all over the place in the bathrooms. AV really doesn't deserve a gym this nice, no wonder he charges $65/month. Even that price doesn't keep the trash from joining. read more

Great, no nonsense gym for those who want to skip the larger ones with distractions. Geared towards strength training but has enough for cardio enthusiasts with machines & large crossfit/HITT rig. Big selling point for me is that the entrance remains locked! I had a past experience where I locked my bike inside a large, well known gym and a homeless person walked in, cut my bike lock and stole it all while the front staff watched. read more

This is by far the best gym in the antelope valley. Very clean. Organized. Higher price yes, but worth every penny. The 24 hour access is awesome. Only members can get in by using the app and I think that is a plus as well. A lot of other gyms in the area tend to be over crowded and with that comes a lot of people who tend to not care about the environment. Here that is not the case. As stated above. Being open 24 hours is a huge plus for those with varying schedules, and there's plenty of parking available. The atmosphere is relaxed, with a friendly vibe among gym-goers, and they also have changing rooms. I've been working with Alex S., the owner, for about seven months for personal training. His rates are affordable, and he's flexible with scheduling. Alex is knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about fitness. He established the RED acronym--Recovery, Enhance, Develop--focusing on helping clients with pain and recovery. I appreciate how he discusses my goals and tailors workouts to my needs. He explains concepts in multiple ways until I fully understand, and his down-to-earth approach makes him a natural educator. Overall, I've been really happy with Alex's service, the staff, and the facility. FYI- for new members I would download the gym app and register prior to going. They have a blue tooth entrance. The cleanest and most well maintained Gym in the AV hands down. Has a nice blended feel of a classic iron gym with a modern twist. Love the Bluetooth entry to the facility. This is the best gym in the AV! If you are focused on building strength and having the access to a 24/7 gym with adequate machinery then this is the place to be! Clean bathrooms, and changing rooms. There are treadmills, elliptical, bikes, and stairmaster for cardio. But my favorite is the selection of dumbbells, availability of squat racks, and various strength building machines/cables. No rude members, everyone is kind and respectful. Clean stations in 3 areas to clean equipment after use, lockers, and water provided! read more

The only thing I ask is that they not allow members to wear pajamas to work out in lol. I've been asked a lot if I recommend this gym. All I can say is I love this gym, never crowded, people are friendly and mostly mindful. The only thing I notice every now and then is that people aren't throwing their trash or paper towels away (not often though) which is not on management. On that note, I've only ever been greeted kindly by the owner Alex and their employee who's name I haven't had the pleasure of getting. People who are saying they had to "stand outside the door to be helped" aren't reading the sign that's literally right at the front of the door that tells you how to connect for help/service. Best proper gym in Lancaster, possibly even AV Area, always clean and quiet. Owner and staff are nice and welcoming as well. Small little nit pick is that it's always cold majority of the time.
