I would recommend everything here. To start they have the most friendliest staff you'll ever meet in the whole AV in any business. The salt room is so relaxing. I have been completely satisfied with all the services that I have tried here. My particularly favorite thing to do is the sauna, I don't think places like this get rated but if it was, it would be an A, it is so clean here. Nice place that is well kept and clean. Staff are super nice and friendly.The private saunas are great. Only place in AV like it. I use the sauna for detox. The fitness gyms in region are grimy dirty n run down. Their saunas are dirty and often out of service. If saunas your thing, get the monthly membership. This place is AWESOME. Very clean and relaxing. I've only been twice but I go during happy hour, and there's no wait. The girls at the front are very nice, informative, and accommodating. If the membership was month to month I'd be here everyday, but I can't make the 3 month commitment unfortunately since there's a possibility I have to relocate. My first time visiting on a Sunday. What a cute little place and i'm hooked! I'll definitely be back very often. I absolutely love saunas, so having this near by my house is perfect. Alondra was the receptionist that helped me and she was very professional. You get about 35 minutes per session. I learned that Sundays are $20 for the sauna and $20 for the salt room on saturdays, which is awesome! The private room, the lighting, the music, all of it was just perfect for when you want to relax. The only minor annoyance was it sounded like someone was doing construction next door so I'll ask for a room that has no one near by. read more

I have used the salt room 2 times already. My lungs feel better. I have recently become a cat owner. ( found 2 babies) it will take a few months for me to adjust to them in my house. I've been coming here weekly for about a month, and I absolutely adore this place and the staff that work here. Allison is literally the sweetest. She's always so kind and inviting to me when I come, and she's helped me a lot with my personal growth. The people here are really knowledgeable and patient. When i first came, they took the time to explain to me what to expect when I tried out the egg, what the lights in the sauna mean, etc. Every staff member has been incredibly warm and attentive, which I appreciate a lot. I can't pretend to know how halotherapy actually works, but I can tell you that being in the salt room is very relaxing. It's comfortably warm and makes your skin feel that good kind of tingly. I can't use the saunas right now because I'm pregnant but I'm really looking forward to coming back to try them out when it's safe for me to do so. read more

Wow! Love this place so much. This was my first time going and I will definitely be back. The sauna was my FAVE. They give you the option of a doTERRA oil before going in which is so nice. Then once inside the sauna you can control the heat and then you can choose a "media". I chose a YouTube sound bath audio which was great. I also got to try the salt lounge which is beautiful inside! It was so nice to just be able to sit and relax and not have anything to do. Highly recommend! read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone purely due to unethical business practices. I will say this place is always clean and always has super friendly and professional staff. It lacks Mamagment. I purchased a $300 package from them. There was absolutely no talk about the sessions expiring. The business closed for several months due to a structure fire. therefore i was not able to use my sessions because they were completely closed while rebuilding and repairing fire damage. When I went in today they told me my prepaid sessions are expired and I would have to pay. (they inform this after session not before so I can make a decision). I explained how I wasn't able to use sessions a if their business is closed and how that seems pretty unfair to the customer. Employee could only shrug shoulders and say "that's what the manger says". I pride myself in seeking to use and support small and / or private business , I will never return or recommend anyone to place who has no problem basically stealing from their customers. read more

Heat & Halo was such a relaxing experience! From the moment I walked in I immediately felt at ease. The staff caters to you & makes you feel like you are in for a treat. The atmosphere is calming and it's the perfect self care experience! The individual saunas are awesome. Some have tablets where you can watch a show or listen to music and others are quiet where you can just immerse yourself in the moment. My back was really hurting so I chose to do some stretching while in the sauna and it was exactly what I needed because the next day I felt brand new. After my sauna time I went to the salt room which was a unique setting. The walls and floors are covered in salt and you can sit in an egg chair or a lawn chair with a blanket & a book and breathe in the salt. My respiratory system definitely needed a bit of a cleansing with all the allergies & germs happening right now. I fell asleep and woke up when the timer went off. Yesterday was my 1st visit. The place is amazing. Upon entrance you are greeted in a calm soothing voice explaining services. I chose the blue sauna and salt room for $29. I walked in the sauna after spinning very sore walked out 35 min later walked out relaxed and no longer sore. Than rehydrated with yummy cucumber water. Laid in salt room for an hour I was very relaxed wanted to sleep but was enjoying the company of the other woman. You can taste the salt on your lips. The room is very cute, calm & relaxing. I spoke with the manager and she informed the would be adding feet reflexology with the week as a service I cant wait to try. I for sure will become a weekly visitor. read more

Isabell the young man give me a tour and was very kind and answered questions. Isabell was great helping us purchase the package we wanted, I spent 30 minutes in the infrared sauna followed up by the salt room. I came here with my best friend and it was such a great experience!! The place is so beautifully decorated and there is a calm feeling the moment you walk in. There is also a good amount of crystals, necklaces and crystal guides available for purchase. My friend and I did the sauna first and we were able to go together which was appreciated since it was our first time and didn't know what to expect. The saunas are dry so it's not steamy like other ones which is nice. You choose your infrared color and are also able to watch Netflix or listen to music on the screen inside the sauna. After that we did the salt room which is just a large room with salt walls, a loose salt floor with comfy chairs to relax in. They provide you with a sleep mask if you'd like to zone out and nap. She never puts us in the hot sauna upon our request and instead of accommodating for the next hottest sauna for us to be put in, she "turns up the heat" in our current sauna. Common sense would've been to move us to one that's at the temp was originally requested. Wasted 20 min in a sauna that wasn't hot because she couldn't make a simple accommodation.. called in multiple times last week to address my concern but calls were ignored. Called from a different phone number and the call was answered. Supervisor wouldn't be in for a few more hours. Drove down to Heat and Halo and attempted to address the concerns in person and was cursed at and told I was rude and other staff don't like me... how is any of this relevant to my complaint about me asking to be accommodated to the hottest sauna? Joanna needs more training point blank and is very rude and combative.. not coming here anymore due to her attitude .. this business lost us as customers because of her. So my best friend made an appointment a week ago for 12pm for 5 people for today. We had reservations for brunch at Wine Complexity next door at 10am so it worked out perfect. We got there at 12 & was told our appointment was at 1pm And only for 2 people!!!. What ?!!! She would never have made it for 1pm because she told her on the phone it has to be BEFORE 1pm. We are 5 moms who jumped through hoops getting babysitters, we have jobs & being able to go all together is a struggle!!! We were so upset & 1 friend couldn't stay but we decided to just wait till 1pm. We booked the sauna & salt room so after the sauna , we were supposed to go in the salt room & he tells us it's booked for the whole day. Wait what ?! This was part of our appointment! It was a sauna & salt room combo. So we left. They couldn't get anything right ,Not even the lights we chose for our sauna ! I called them frm my sauna to change it the last 10 mins. Was referred here by a friend. The place was nice and clean. The only problem I had was the staff women put the timer to 40 minutes which I thought was odd considering I paid $120 for an hour. Once it went off, I notified the same staff and she had a slight attitude until I asked for a refund for the additional 20 minutes since me and the 3 others I was with never received it. She then apologized and added an additional 20 more minutes. Please train your staff to be more aware of clients who pay for their services there because the women obviously didn't know for how long and assumed. I most likely won't be back. It's sad too because it's very peaceful but that was a bit embarrassing for me. read more

I've been coming here for over a couple years now. The ambiance is great... the place is decorated beautifully. I have noticed though that over the last year or so the saunas don't seem to be as warm as they previously were. It feels like half the heaters aren't even on in the saunas. I don't even break a sweat most times I go now. Another thing I notice is that the standard of service doesn't seem to be the same across all employees. Some offer you things like a cold towel for after and others it's not even a thought to offer. I've also been here before where the employee at the front desk seemed to be taking a nap in the back while I waited at the front to be helped for 10 minutes. She only came out to answer the phone after I called their phone number. Seemed like she just woke up. Again, a beautiful establishment and nice to have a business like this in the AV but for the prices you pay here, you should be getting more consistent service and better sauna experience. read more
