I give 3 stars not because of the service, but because of the inconsistencies. I'm guessing an issue with the owner creates fluctuating prices and constant employee turn over. It would be really nice to find a therapist I can grow with and they can learn me and my likes without having to start over with every visit. Also, I'm pretty annoyed that they "used" to have a buy 6 get one free perk and they suddenly did away with it right before I was about to earn mine. That was the main reason I went there. Guess I have to find another place to go. I've met the owner before, and she was kinda rude to me. It all kinda makes sense. Girl, get it together and take care of your people.

She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and wasn't causing any discomfort to myself or the baby. I love that she asked me what scents she should avoid during the massage, I hadn't really thought about it but while pregnant there are just centain smells you just can't stand. So I appreciated her attention to the little details prior to my arrival. I only asked her to avoid lavander because I'm allergic to it, but she ended up avoiding anything scented, which I appreciated. Sometimes I don't know if something is going to make me nauseous until I smell it, so avoiding anything scented so my nausea wouldn't be triggered was very thoughtful of her. She was gentle yet applied enough pressure on tight spots without hurting me. She mentioned that massaging feet was her specialty, however, my feet are very ticklish so I asked her to avoid touching them. However, I can only imagine how good of a foot massage she gives because when she was working on my legs and thighs (getting closer to my feet) the better I felt she got at the massage! Since she had to avoid my feet she gave me a face massage, which, up until then I didn't know could be so enjoyable and didn't know was as relaxing as it was. Ms. Chandra also mentioned she does body art and henna tattoos, which I've been wanting to do. She is new to Holistic Healing but I hope she sticks around for a while because I truly enjoyed her service! Each masseuse has their own fee end I believe hers was $75 and she is well worth it!

I wish I had read these reviews before scheduling an appointment with this person. As far as I can…read moretell, this individual makes a handy living on non-refundable first visit payments. I got hosed for $195. I have been diagnosed with terminal cancer. I was hoping to get help with some visualization technique that I have used before, but for some reason I can't manifest at the moment, and recalling a couple of dreams. I talked to the "doctor" on the phone. I guess my first red flag should have been her emphasis on how often the phrase "non-refundable" came up in our conversation. (Potential victims take note), and "this is a legally binding document". This in regard to the simple one page form that I was to fill out before our phone call/visit. The nut of the problem is that I am home bound with no access to a printer. I got a friend to print her "legally binding document" and bring me a copy at home, but she said she couldn't read the jpg copy of the image I sent to her. When I could not get a better/clearer copy to her before the scheduled telephone appointment, the "doctor" informed me that I would have to forfeit my $195 payment, which was taken from my bank account on the day that I made my appointment. There was no effort on her part to reschedule or accommodate me in any way. I could not get her the form, therefore I had to forfeit my $195. I explained that I am a home bound cancer patient, but she just kept repeating "legal document" and "non-refundable" over and over while claiming that she WANTED to help me. Uh-huh. Riiiight. Finally I told the "doctor" that she could keep the money and that I would just write off the whole experience as a badly failed experience. It's only money. Ya know what I mean? I'm dying anyway, and I can't take it with me. I'm not usually one to write these reviews, but if my experience can save one other person from falling victim to this person, then I'll say it was definitely worth the effort. Peace. Out.

"Dr. Robert" (as I like to call him) patiently and thoroughly answered every single question. He also addressed any apprehension I may have had about the services this center offers. When I went in for my first pressotherapy session, I was greeted by Angelique, his front office Admin. Angie was refreshingly kind and equally as willing to answer my questions. I love how calming this establishment is. As for the treatment itself, I can say with conviction that, after WEEKS of excess fluid in my legs, that first session had me feeling like I could take off in a sprint. I felt lighter, lost water weight, had more energy, reduced inflammation and I was much more mobile than I've been in ages. I have returned for two subsequent pressotherapy sessions. They were not as mind-blowing as the first session. But most definitely maintaining all of the results that I mentioned above. I highly recommend at least speaking with Dr. Robert about your health concerns. He seems to really know how to get to the heart of the matter. I plan to get the detailed analysis and continue benefiting from the services here. Check them out.

Quartz Hill Walk-In Medical Group - 2/1/24 - NOT Urgent Care even though the sign outside and Yelp still say it. Not even a notice on the doors. Incredibly poor management.

The doctor barely allowed me to explain why I was there and did not perform a physical examination. During the visit, I was told that the doctor did not have time to see me. When I suggested that I could simply leave, especially since I was informed the office was not functioning as a true urgent care, I was told I would still be charged. What concerned me most was that I disclosed a history of alcoholism and previous delirium tremens, and the doctor told me I should "just have a beer." I found that comment inappropriate given the seriousness of alcohol withdrawal. I left feeling that my concerns had not been properly evaluated and that I did not receive the level of care I expected. I would recommend that prospective patients carefully consider whether this clinic is the right fit for their medical needs.
