Worst experience I've had in the AV with the staff here. One stylist, Kaitlin, flaked out the first appointment I had with her. Then she kept making rescheduling me so much harder than it needed to be. The manager didn't seem to care when I went to them to rebook with a different stylist. Then the next stylist they put me with, Linda, gave me a hard time when I was running a little late to our appointment and kept canceling appointments when I got there. The staff here is flaky, not accommodating, and downright rude. Do Not Recommend. read more
