I was very clear and wanted to keep my length. Right from the start, the stylist I believe her name was Bianca older gal. With salt and pepper hair. She began cutting my hair while it was dry also asked me to stand out of my seat while cutting. I've been to several salons and never experienced that. It was unusual to me. By the end of my appointment, my hair was much shorter than I wanted, the layers look very choppy instead of soft and blended. What upset me just as much as I was treated. During the appointment, she made comments about my physical appearance that made me feel uncomfortable. I'm a Taller woman and those comments felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I also mentioned a recent shoulder surgery. Unfortunately she was rough and forceful when moving me. I left feeling disappointed not only with my hair cut but with the overall experience. A haircut can always grow out, but how you make a client feel matters too. I hope this feedback encourages more consideration, better communication, and respect for future clients.

The first time I asked for R 65 I think, it's burgundy. She put some other color and it faded so I went back and she put some crap toner on it, I didn't like it but I didn't say anything, this was at her old salon in Woodland Hills. She did my color again which was better and she knows I like my hair short. This time she moved to this salon, Rumors, I was VERY SPECIFIC, sending the pics and the color I wanted. She assured me she could do it, even showing me a man who she did his color. So when she applied the color after the bleaching, it didn't come out like I wanted.
