I tried this place twice. The first visit was just for a trim by Martha. The trim was not great, but for some reason I decided to give her a chance on color, after all some stylists have a specialty and she was encouraging about her color expertise during the haircut. However, this was a bad assumption on my part. She was rude when I pointed out what I was unhappy with - mainly the drab, ashy color and the difference on one side from the other! If I could leave zero stars I would. Stay away from this hair salon. My mother went to Martha Flores for a haircut and was completely butchered. Like how hard is it to listen to a client who has short hair. My mom specifically said do not use the clippers to cut the back, and what does Martha Flores do? Use a clipper..... Horrible haircut, making her look so masculine!! Literally not lying when I tell you the back hairline was at ear length! It's every woman's worst nightmare when you want to look your best as she was the mother of the bride!! Martha Flores, you left her feeling so ugly and insecure about herself, we had no choice but to get a wig so she can feel a bit more positive about herself. You should feel ashamed of yourself for the shit ass job you do! Trust me, and avoid this salon at all costs. Amazing first time experience with getting my hair colored! Great customer service as well! I love how they offered beverages as well as food (there is a donut shop next door). Since my service was going to take a long time, they allowed me to come in at 7 in the morning which is an hour earlier than usual when they open on Saturdays. Pricing was reasonable. Norma had done my hair and she took her time with doing everything so that my hair turned out how I wanted it. She also did a great job cutting my boyfriend's hair too. If I could give zero stars I would . So my mother,my daughters and I had been going to this salon since we moved 14 years ago. At first one of the girls did highlights on my hair and I didn't like them because they were not that noticeable so I tried someone else in the salon and I really loved the way she left my highlights so my daughter and my mother started getting the same highlights like me with the same person which her name is Lupita by the way but a few years ago her work was not the same anymore but since I knew her and I didn't want to try other places because I didn't want my hair to get damaged so I stayed with her we all did till recently she really messed my daughters hair up so I told my daughter go back so that she can fix it for you, mind you my daughter has two toddlers and had to drive 20 minutes from the house to the baby sitter and then the salon but she did anyway then she came home to show me and this time my I got so angry because she ruined her highlights and the base color so I told my daughter to go back and just ask for a refund because we're paying for the service and not for free so she went back and she didn't want to return the money and I had my daughter put me on speaker and I had mentioned to them exactly what I'm saying here on how they had ruined my daughters hair and that she needed the money to go and get it fixed elsewhere finally the owner told her to give her part of the money back which it was not enough to get it fixed so my daughter had to stay with her hair like that, and to top it off not only were me and my daughter banned from this place to get serviced properly but my poor mother is 72 and had no idea of the situation and so she called to make an appointment and they said that we were all banned from this salon which is so ruthless so honestly I would not recommend this place it's not worth it . read more

I love this place . I went to get my hair cut I wasn't sure what style I wanted but I told the stylist how and she did an amazing job . Not I only did she cut it the way I wanted but she also styled it really nice . I got the pixie short hair style . I will be back to get a touch up on my hair when it starts to grow. read more

We took our 10 year old Daughter in for a haircut, her hair style was mid length straight with no character and always looked tangled and messy. The owner was on premise and showed our daughter the different styles and cuts, she spoke directly to our daughter and picked out the look she wanted. 45 minutes later she looked fantastic, the smile on our daughters face said everything. I'm not going to complain about my hair, she did exactly what I asked. My complaint here is honesty. When I called to ask for pricing she said it was $25 for a ladies haircut. I told her k just wanted haircut, no wash nor styling. When I get there she says she'll wet my hair because it's easier to cut then she says she'll dry it so the style of it will look better. Never did she mention that she would be charging me for any of it. After I'm done, the guy at the front says it's $65! I ask why he says for the cut length and style!
