Miss Sandy the CEO called and apologized to me for the unsatisfactory workmanship of the two men that was sent to my home to replace the fallen insulation and or missing sections of our crawl space. I thanked her for taking time out of her busy schedule to respond. She appeared very concerned the job was not done right the first time. and vowed to make amends. She sent the two men's Supervisor Mr. Keenan out to perform a quality check of the work that had been sent to do. When he exited the crawl space,we sat to discus what he observed. He explained the condition the condition it was left it in, and it highly upset him, for they had not done the job satisfactory and he qualified that was not a not a representation of her business practice. She takes pride in her company and likes to have satisfied customers. Mr. Keenan took pictures to show Miss Sandy and guaranteed he would make it right to my satisfaction. We had paid a nice price for a nice job which fell short in every way. Today September 6, two men, Jasen and Alex showed up on time between 8::00 and 9:00 as scheduled, with the proper materials to complete what should have been done by the previous men. He rang my doorbell and introduced himself and stated they were here to restore what was necessary to keep our home cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter and without further a-due went right to work. Now I we are late Senior Citizens, so I could not join them two see what they did, so Jasen provided me with before and after pictures to show a nice view as well as explained what he and his counter partner had done. From those photos, it appeared they had met my satisfaction for a job well done. Before Jasen and Alex left, they cleaned up the area and carried away all the old sagging and deteriorated insulation. In addition Mr. Keene had returned a check Miss Sandy gave him to reimbursed me for the HVAC service done. I had to pay to call a service man to service my AC unit, which he found in excellent working order. I did not expect this, but that showed me she took pride in her company and wanted to make amends. You can read the condition the other two men left the crawl space in in my previous review. I take back my previous unsatisfactory rating of this company and wish to change the overall to five stars. Miss Sandy was very polite with me and it shows she take pride in her company , by the action she took. I also have this company doing my pest control. I also stated the you lady had put poison control boxes in with my food storage cabinets. Miss Sandy explains they were not poison, but contained a sticky substance to capture the insects for coming out again and will be change out quarterly and spray.ed This put my Wife and me at ease. I will be renewing my Pest Control Contract with this company at years end. Therefore, I now recommend this company to all. If you happen to be unsatisfied with calling them, rest assured the owner, Miss Sandy will make it right when brought to her attention. If you need pest control, call Pest Out. This company, will treat you right. Tell them Joe sent you.

In a time where the art of customer service has been lost they shine bright. There hasn't been a single question or request that hasn't been address in a timely manner. Every time Karieem was in our home, he was the very model of courtesy and professionalism. We were told that the product was safe to pets and animals, and there was a three-month guarantee against re-infestation. A week or so later, we noticed that the bugs were still in our home. My wife called back to let him know. He came and sprayed again. A few weeks later, same problem - ants and silverfish. He came and sprayed yet again, telling us that our problem was due to pet food being present in the kitchen. Yesterday, we found our bathroom infested with ants. So . . . we called yet again. At first Karieem was very cordial and seemingly sympathetic, as we had known him to be thus far. He even offered a full refund (we did not ask for a refund! We just wanted the bugs gone!). In the next sentence, he said we would be getting only a half-price refund, since he had "bent the rules and came out several times". After a pause, his whole demeanor changed he yelled, "You know what? You're not getting a refund, and I can't believe you asked me!" He then went on a 15 minute rambling, screaming fit, accusing us of trying to take advantage him, and calling us "classless", "pitiful" (I have a digital recording of the last three minutes of the "conversation" to verify this.) Whatever product was used for insect control; at our house did not work for 3 weeks, let alone 3 months, and Mr. Koon was vehemently opposed to hearing about its poor quality. Guarantee be damned! If a product doesn't work, it doesn't work. It shouldn't be a personal matter, as he made it to be. When a business owner decides not to issue a refund to a customer, or decides to not continue doing business with a particular customer for whatever reason, there are more professional ways to go about severing a business relationship than screaming, ranting, and insulting. The incongruent and aggressive actions of Karieem, to me, indicate that he is a potential danger to his customers.
