Agree 100% with Robert W. Same repair, same technician, same outstanding service.

As with many here, horrible service. Had my TV looked at by Virginia Electronics for the bottom of the TV being darker than the rest. Gave a 5 hr, 1pm to 6pm, period to be home so they can diagnose the problem and the technician showed up around 3pm. Friendly technician but that is about it. Prior to them showing up the TV worked fine other than the darker section at the bottom. No degradation to the actual picture just darker. The technician troubleshot it down to a bad backlight LED bar and stated I needed a new Display Panel. The panel cost was around $1200 with a total of $1500 including installation. The TV, which is a 65 inch LED, cost that much 2 yrs ago brand new. What the heck Samsung!. The real problem came with Virginia Electronics when I got back home that night and had assistance putting the TV back on the wall. Now the TV doesn't even turn on. Whatever the technician did he made the TV issue worse. I then proceeded call the number on the website and somehow got ahold of someone. Figured it was the after hours service. After explaining the issue they were extremely rude and disrespectful. He said "Really? Call back during business hours dude!" Are you kidding me.....you jack up my stuff and then treat me like that! What a disgrace of a business! My recommendation......stay away from this company! Update: Ended up finding the technician failed to reconnect the wire harness from the power supply to the main board. After it was reconnected TV came back on and had display. See Better Business Bureau (BBB) Complaint # 11986042. I would suggest every one with issues on here do this as well as filing a complaint with the manufacturer who employs this business as a contractor. I have done so with Samsung! read more

The company only gives 5 hour service windows forcing you to take off work and stay home. Then, they don't even show up, make you reschedule, and don't even say sorry one time. Instead, when you politely say that it wasn't fair that they make you take off work and wait around the house all day only to "forget" the appointment, they respond with "it was 5 hours, not all day." I would avoid the company and even if it is just fixing a product under warranty, ask the manufacturer to assign another company. This company just doesn't care. read more

This company was referred to me by Samsung to repair our television. I was told by Samsung that it's the only authorized Samsung repair facility in my area. This company charged me $120 to come out and turn my television on. THAT'S IT... Turn it on. He confirmed that there was indeed sound with no picture (as I reported when I called), and said that I will need a new screen. I asked him if it's always a bad screen if there is sound with no picture, and he said yes. Then I pointed out that I already told them that there was sound with no picture, and asked why he couldn't just call me and tell me that. He gave me the main number and told me to call them about my concerns. In addition to my above concerns, I was not given any paperwork stating that he diagnosed my television and that the problem was a bad screen. He was also not prepared to give me an estimate for the cost to replace the screen, even though he already knew before he arrived that it would need a new screen, because my paperwork said that there was no picture with sound (which according to him always means that a new screen is needed). When I called the number that the tech gave me, I spoke to a woman who was very rude, and had terrible customer service skills. I got tired of her condescending attitude, and called her out on it, and she hung up on me. I would also like to point out that my television already had this problem two years ago, and the repair person did not replace the entire screen, he replaced a much smaller part. Not only that, but the previous repair company also did several picture tests, and opened up the television before he diagnosed the problem - which was not the screen. I have called Samsung to report this issue, and file a complaint. I can only hope that Samsung realizes that this company is a rip off, and stops doing business with them. read more

This company is a JOKE! The technician has been trying to fix our TV for MONTHS! It's always an excuse as to why it's not working "miscommunication, had they told me at the office I would have brought the right part" "defective part from the factory"...etc. Last week (wednesday to be exact) the same technician came out AGAIN and brought several parts but not all the parts he was supposed to bring. Apparently in his haste he was unable to get a screw in the corner of the TV and shattered the corner of the TV. He also dropped the old screen that he just replaced in our driveway and it shattered and he left behind trash in our ditch. When my husband noticed on Friday (we did not touch the TV after this tech left and then we had to wait through the weekend) he called and spoke with the owner, Tim, who stated that the technician did not break the pane, that he had pictures and it wasn't being replaced because it wasn't covered and hung up on my husband. My husband then called Samsung to report the damage and after filing a complaint they transferred the called to this joke of a company again. After talking to a very rude girl, she stated that the technician took before and after pictures and there was no damage. (Keep in mind, pictures were NEVER taken) She asked why my husband didn't let her know when he called back to inquire about the part that wasn't brought to our home to repair the TV in the first place on Thursday and my husband stated that he had not noticed the damage until after they spoke and at that point they were closed for the weekend. Fast forward to today (Monday) and the technician is here yet again. I asked to see these so-called pictures and the technician stated that he doesn't take pictures that pictures are taken when the parts arrive back to their facility. TV is finally working after months of the run-around but I am not happy. Don't ever use this company!! read more

Samsung referred me to this company for washer repair. He did not call 30 minutes ahead of visit like I was told. Arrived thinking he was here to repair the fridge then found out he was looking at the wrong invoice. Eventually looked at the washer, shook it a few times and said its probably this or that and it would cost more to repair than buy a new one. Didn't even open the unit to confirm. What a rip off! read more

This is the worse company ever they Samsung has sent the out to my home for my front loader washer the first one they only came out once and when I call for them to come back because of the same issue they never called to schedule anything and then they tried to say I cause the machine to mess up and tried to void my warranty. Samsung fix that problem because clearly it was not my fault. Samsung replace the unit with a new one low and behold I have another problem with the new one. Virginia electronic then tells me to replace my expensive braided hoses with the cheap rubber hoses when the problem was not the hoses. If they would have did a test on the machine they would have known that. The same problem still was there after replacing the hoses so I called Samsung back to schedule another appointment and again no contact from Virginia Electronic for 2 weeks so I called Samsung again and they had to another company and the fixed the problem. Virginia electronic needs to go back to school and learn their field or close up. read more

I've used this company twice through the extended warranty I purchased at Lowe's . Both appliances were purchase in 2014 and are Samsung . My dryer quit working and they sent Virginia Electronics out to my house . Tyler showed up didn't know how to fix the dryer , he called Samsung and made guesses as to what was wrong with it . They sent a senior tech the second time he got the dryer to run but it only works on one setting and still has error codes all over it . My refrigerator went out March 9th I lost everything in the refrigerator and freezer . They don't do emergency calls and said the first time they could come out would be March 13th . They again sent Tyler to my house . He was here 5 minutes and didn't touch any tools , he only opened up the refrigerator door and said the compressor was bad . I called Virginia Electronics they are extremely rude I told them I had a one month old baby in the house I couldn't refrigerate milk for . They said it would be 5-7 business days before they could tell me if the part could be ordered . Tyler was dishonest in his report and stated that he did a dye test and there was a leak . He didn't do anything but open the refrigerator door . I had to call Lowe's and speak with a manager the best they could offer me was waiting for Virginia electronics or starting all over with a new company . This company isn't knowledgeable and could careless about their customers . They also refused to let me speak with a manager! read more
