Microwaved moz sticks. Not ooey gooey when you get them...rubbery on the inside. Nasty manager and awful leadership.

Manager is awful. Asked for them to put my mozzarella sticks in a metal to go container, not plastic. He just "yes'd" me, said nothing to his staff and served me micro-waved moz sticks in a plastic countainer without even any paper down. Asked if they had cold sauce, because of the common practice to put hot sauce in those little plastics containers. He just got nasty and gave me piping hot sauce. If you want melted and microwaved plastic for dinner then Veramis is your spot!

Garlic bread

Ordered a specialty pizza, salad and garlic bread which were ready in 15 minutes as promised. The garlic bread was huge and perfectly made. The salad was enough to split between two people and the pizza was great as well. Although I can't speak to the Hawaiian side of the pie, the chicken/bacon/ranch side was packed with ingredients. Some places barely give you chicken or bacon but really there was a generous amount of both. I wish it was more crispy and less doughy but really can't complain. Would deff recommend and return!

Virami's Pizza gives off an old-school, Jersey Shore pizzeria vibe. Something about the benches outside, the walkway up to the entrance, and wooden benches inside make me feel like it's the middle of July and I'm grabbing a slice or two after spending the day soaking up some sun. On this visit, I decided to go with the tomato slice in addition to my usual plain slice. It looked really good behind the glass countertop and it did not disappoint taste-wise. The tomatoes were juicy, the cheese was melty and plentiful. The slice also had a delicious garlic seasoning. The plain slice tasted like your standard Jersey slice. It had a nice, thin, crispy base with decent sauce and good, slightly greasy cheese.

One fresh pie

Had to run an errand in Flemington, NJ. Looked for a lunch spot and saw several pizza options. Virami's Pizza was the highest rated in town. The plain cheese did not disappoint. Crispy crust, good sauce, a lot of cheese. It was great. The workers were very friendly too. We also ordered a small calzone (it was massive). This was tasty as well.

I never miss a chance to get a salad slice when I visit at Christmas. Here's my friend, and local letter carrier.

The pies are some of the best in the area. I have never had a bad food choice here. The family that owns this place are very nice.

We've lived in NJ for roughly 10 years now and I am not sure why we hadn't heard of this place. We…read morehave a couple of local "go to's" when it comes to Italian style food, but I don't know for certain how this place evaded us. The restaurant is tucked behind a Walgreen's and proximate to an urgent care on a side street off Rt 31, so that might explain it. We arrived for dinner on a random Thursday. The dining room is large, clean, bright, and had a lot of empty tables, but few patrons. They have a take-out business and it was sort of rainy outside, so that explained it in my head. The server came right away and took our beverage orders (it's a BYOB and I still can't get used to that concept). We ordered our meals after our drinks arrived. I like to keep it simple on a first visit. If you've seen my other reviews, it sorta makes sense. I got the linguine, with mushroom sauce and meatballs. It gives me a chance to see if the pasta is boxed or not, how fresh the ingredients are, the taste of the sauce, and if they can make a decent meatball. The linguine was made in the kitchen from scratch and the mushroom marinara was delicious. The meatballs are amongst the best I've had in the area, including two NYC Little Italys (Manhattan and Bronx). The salad was fresh and crisp and the bread came out warm and delicious. It's a bit of a drive from Clinton, but I am going to try their pizza at my next takeout opportunity.

We've been in the area for a year Ava have only gotten pizza from Capuano. To "celebrate" our…read moreanniversary in the area, we decided to try the dining room. The inside is quaint, with brick and stucco walls. My wife ordered the penne with broccoli. I ordered the linguini alla vongole (linguini with clams) in white wine sauce. Both entrees came with soup or salad. We both chose salad. They also brought some warm bread to the table with oil for dipping, though the bread did seem a little dry. I prefer my bread to be a bit more stretchy/chewy. We both enjoyed our meals. They were a good portion size, with nothing left to bring home. For dessert, I chose the affogato (special), my wife went with the fudge cake, and both of us had cappuccino. It is a BYOB but there is a liquor store next door if you want a bottle (or two) of wine.
