Hi, I live in the Abella gated area in San Pablo. The…read moresecurity sucks. Recently I see them parked, reclined, and watching videos on their phone taking up parking spaces that we already DO NOT have enough of. The security should be driving around the neighborhood during their shift, SECURING the premise. I understand they get breaks and what not I assume, like any job. But they will sit in their car for hours doing nothing. I know that whole time is not a break. This was not always a problem, they used to always drive around, seemingly doing their job. I don't know if new security was hired but the past month or two, they just sit in their car. I also have a question on why security is taking up our parking spots anyways? This also wasn't a problem before, no security was taking our spots during the day, at least on my street. But this past month or so, I only ever see security around at night, so why are their cars taking our spaces during the day? And at night time, unless their taking their 10 minute break or 30 minute lunch, they should be driving around. I see homeless people walking in here at least once a week, sometimes going through trash cans. I've had my neighbors park 6 cars in the shared driveway to our houses, blocking all our garages. And where was security? No where. Neighbors blocking all of our driveways is a fire hazard. If any of us that live here parked our car the way this security vehicle did, we'd get a sticky ass tow sticker on our car that are fucking impossible to get off. This car is the size of my thumb and can't park for shit.

Even with short notice, they were on time, professional, and handled everything calmly and smoothly. The guard was respectful, alert, and knew exactly how to deal with people without escalating anything. It gave me real peace of mind knowing the situation was handled properly. If you need reliable security, especially on short notice, I would definitely recommend them. Solid team and very professional from start to finish.

I signed up for WebPerception to have backup internet service for occasions when my main super high…read morespeed fiber ISP goes out (which is... shockingly often). As a backup ISP, I didn't need anything blazing fast from WebPerception, but a few dozen Mbit/sec would be nice to be able to continue to get work done when my main ISP is out. WebPerception got me set up in short order with a directional antenna/small dish on my roof, and my router has flipped over to their service a few times already and I've not noticed more than a brief blip. It's also nice, too, that their medium is wireless rather than coax or fiber, so it's less susceptible to catastrophes like tree branches falling or cars crashing into poles, taking down wired service. Great service at a reasonable price!

There's some very nice people that work here and I was greeted immediately coming through the front door. She was polite and prompt, and took great care of me right for them when I got in there and assured me it would only take a few minutes for them to take care of what I came there to do. And it only took me like five minutes. It was wonderful. And I talked to another customer that felt the same way I did. They also had a very positive experience with this place. They offer a lot in this business center , and it has everything somebody that needs to sort of help for copying and projects. I wanted to laminate some calorie and Health food contents so they were laminated and protected. One of them came out of the machine, which is not too untypical with a little bit of a wave in the plastic and she happily took the item back and ran it through the machine again and it came out nice and smooth and perfect. Thank you, young lady. I completely recommend this place to anybody for their business projects.

I live in Captains Cove and have 4 vehicles so the 2 that are not in our driveway stay out in the…read morewhite unmarked parking area. The problem has been that the security patrol people for the company Come by at all sorts of unscheduled Times and supposedly if the vehicle stays in the same spot the left or right tire will receive a chalk mark. If the vehicle isn't moved upon the subsequent patrol then the car front windshield receives a ticket. The problem with the security service is that if u use the car and come back placing it in the same spot the Barbier agents cannot tell if the car has been moved n will indiscriminately give u a ticket. The vehicles being ticketed are targeted as my wife left her car for 3 days over x mass n didn't even get a Mark and one of our other neighbors left his small black sedan ( with stickers all over it for almost 2 days without a tire mark or ticket.. The Barbier agents are scared to death of confrontation and scurry away quickly if u catch one hawking ur vehicle! The company needs to revise it's guidelines n have regular scheduled patrols , not haphazard whenever they feel and take a Pic of every car parked in a spot with date n time so that other subsequent agents cannot tell look at the exact time n not indiscriminately give a ticket at less that 15 hours. Also if I car does not have a marked tire there is no reason why a ticket should be rendered like for me on New Year's Day ! The parking rules are draconian and need an overhaul plus a waiver for families with more than 2 vehicles

I am writing to share my deep frustration with the sub-par customer service I experienced at this…read morelocation today. As a former customer service professional, I am generally very understanding of training curves and first-day jitters, but the lack of basic support, standard store etiquette, and procedural accuracy during my visit was completely unacceptable. I came into the store today specifically to drop off three pieces of equipment--two Pro Extenders that were sent to me without my request, and a modem--and to get quick assistance with splitting my Wi-Fi bands into separate 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz SSIDs. The representative assisting me was clearly new and struggled with my technical request, which I initially overlooked. However, while we waited for another representative to assist, she completely disengaged and began texting on her personal phone. When I suggested she call up the next customer in line so as not to waste their time while we waited, she ignored the suggestion, leaving us both to sit in awkward silence while the line built up. When the second representative finally stepped in, he lacked basic knowledge of how to split network bands and unhelpfully insisted I needed the hardware I was actively returning. Frustrated by the lack of resolution and the runaround after traveling out of my way to this location, I decided to leave. To make matters worse, I asked before leaving if everything had been properly scanned and processed. I was assured that it was, only to look at my receipt after leaving and discover that only two items were recorded. The modem was left off completely. I traveled to this store expecting knowledgeable assistance and basic professional courtesy. Instead, I left with an unresolved technical issue, an unrecorded equipment return I now have to spend time following up on by phone, and an overall terrible impression of this location's staff training and customer care. I expect better management and accountability at this branch.
