Great service!! Armaun had great communication. Matt worked my event at the Marina Inn in San Leandro, would hire them again in a heartbeat. Great vibes. Thank you!! read more

Pathetic. I've never seen anything like these people or their services, ever in my life. To protect and serve they say, bullshit to appease and get paid at all costs. Even knowing truth from lies I'm done with the building Bentley Place, security and management throw the whole team away. Inserted me into some shit and left me to defend myself, while telling me not to defend myself. Unbelievable and unheard of. Professionally pathetic IMO. read more

They're a professional team, responsive, and detail orientated. Should I have future security needs, I'll absolutely reach out to Armaun.

What i love about this company is their response time and willingness to hear the issues my family was experiencing. We are currently in an apartment where the neighbors above us are unusually loud and causes noise disturbance every day and nice since September. Security Agency always sent professional security guys to help solve the problem. This company is great! They are very much into customer service. read more

Exceptional Security Service - Highly Recommend! AASA was amazing! I had a security issue at my home and needed overnight protection on very short notice. I called Eric, and within just 30 minutes, he found Matthew, who was available to be on-site within three hours. We initially asked Matthew to watch the front of our house, but he went above and beyond--checking the inside, the backyard, and ensuring all doors were locked and our home was completely secure. The entire process was seamless--communication was excellent, and the professionalism was top-notch. My husband and I felt completely at ease knowing our home was safe while we were away. I highly recommend AASA for anyone in need of reliable and thorough security services! read more

We had the All About Security Agency watch over our house while it was tent fumigated for termites. This entailed two 12-hour shifts on consecutive evenings. Matthew arrived early both evenings and was a pleasure to work with. He gave us the confidence we needed that our house would be watched over and protected while we were away. The staff at the agency was also very easy to work with as we ironed out the details of the needed service. We would definitely hire this agency again for any future security needs! read more

I met the owner of All About Security Agency in 2005 when I was managing two neighborhood commercial districts in Oakland. I hired them for nightly patrols in both districts and I was very happy with the quality of the service provided. In one of the districts, they were able to get contracts with businesses in the district as well which meant they had more time in the district and they got to know the businesses and the issues that at the time were plaguing the area - armed robberies and assaults were rampant at that time. AASA was proactive in helping to identify the source of the criminal activity and we collectively worked with law enforcement who created a special task force which lowered the crime rate substantially. I will always recommend this locally owned family run company. They have the experience, the service that you can depend on and they are people that you can trust. read more

AASA was phenomenal! I was in search of two security guards for our HS reunion and was working under a time crunch. Eric and his son were so wonderful to work with, and they were able to offer us a great rate since we were working with a small budget of donations. The contract and payment process were seamless as well. On the day of the reunion, our guards, Andre and Yolanda, were both timely and responsive. They called to confirm arrival time and stayed til the end of the event. I would highly recommend AASA to my friends and colleagues. read more

I called in regards of a noisy neighbor, but I realized I called before 10 PM. The security dispatch asked if they could call back by 10 to see if the neighbors were still loud, and I said sure. Once 10 pm hit, they called on the dot and asked if I still needed them to dispatch. I appreciated their efforts, but by then the noisy neighbors lowered their sounds. I told them I appreciated them and decided to give them a good word. These guys definitely deserved it since they know these types of situations and how much of a nuisance it can get. Thanks guys! read more

They patrol my apartment complex they intaganize people and call them little bitches. They're not professional at all! I was a bystander to an incident that happened outside my complex and should have recorded how they responded to a couple of residents in the complex at 2am in the morning. This company needs better training. Intaganizeing residents that live in the complex is not right. I will report them to my office and next time I will be recording. read more
