As you can probably tell from your own Yelp research it is not the easiest to find an installer for Starlink that gives you confidence they can do a good job (maybe not the most common thing in my area). But after just one phone call with The Remo Group, plus looking at the pictures they have shared here on Yelp of their past work, and you will know you found the best option for a professional installation. Setting up an appointment was super easy, they know just what to do - you can really tell they are very experienced with Starlink installations. The technician who came to my home was very professional. He walked me through options of where the install would be and where we could place the Starlink router. He was able to quickly set up everything and even walk me through the setup of the app and router. You can tell they are very experienced and have a deep knowledge overall of home networking. They really did an amazing job. The dish is mounted very securely and the wiring is extremely clean. They really cared about doing a good job and making sure I was happy. I have worked with Mark at Pacific Wired on several installations, and he is top notch. I had gone…read moredown a rabbit hole spending 10s of thousands of dollars on a complex installation that just didn't work right. Mark sorted everything out, and got everything working perfectly. When I have a problem, he is responsive, and helps me troubleshoot. Most importantly, he is fair and does not run up bills on hardware or installations without explaining everything in a thoughtful consultation. He will even test solutions first before having me commit to expensive installs. I have been burned working with more established "high end" installation shops where you just have to trust what the guys are telling you and then never hear from them again. Not with Pacific Wired. I would recommend them to anyone, and will not go anywhere else for home theater, Wi-Fi, or any other home tech needs.

Ami helped to coordinate installs was a total Angel because our schedule is Hectic and our project of sorting out multiple old systems, broken sensors and contacts, and a mess left by the old company (nothing was labeled or organized) required multiple visits and at odd times- I really appreciate that the installers were committed to doing everything right even though it took more equipment and time than we originally anticipated. Also love the head engineers that are familiar with lots of systems to help with random WiFi/network errors. The systems themselves are sleek and easy to use with the app. The sensors can be delayed or disabled for certain purposes. I also accidentally set off the alarm silently, they called me and the cops, and were able to call off the cops easily once confirming it was me. Lots of nice safety features to this alarm which Scott tested to make sure they worked as needed :) We compared to another well know local company that seemed a bit outdated (no app access/control) and a giant national company (expensive setup, less local, not as individualized attention). Ultimately chose safe and sound for the excellent customer service and highly recommend!

I had a phone call with one tech who logged on to my computer remotely, then figured out that they could not fix the problem. Now I am waiting for a physical person to show up, after being promised that, and they have not scheduled anyone and I have not gotten any response to my email. We spoke on Thursday, they said "We will try and have someone out tomorrow". It's now Wednesday and radio silence.

Terrible security guard at Trader Joe's on 4th street & Market just told me 2 hours ago I was…read morebanned from the Store. Immediately went to Store Manager & guard said it happened one month ago. I told Manager he has followed me around store for over a month daily and I have receipts. Asked guard why I was banned in front of Manager. No answer. Because Guard made it all up. I told Manager I have receipts for daily shopping for months at same store and Guard was lying. Brought back receipts. I have on video as defamation of character & false accusations are unacceptable. I asked manager to fire Guard as he lied and security guard had no answer for a reason why I would be banned. Check out my awesome videos on YouTube calling out such bad behavior.its unacceptable to me after security shot a shoplifter in cold blood without even being charged with a crime.
