When I have a problem, he is responsive, and helps me troubleshoot. Most importantly, he is fair and does not run up bills on hardware or installations without explaining everything in a thoughtful consultation. He will even test solutions first before having me commit to expensive installs. I have been burned working with more established "high end" installation shops where you just have to trust what the guys are telling you and then never hear from them again. Not with Pacific Wired.
