Everything else would be prepared for you, including utensils, ice, and any painting/ candle making supplies you would need. There is also an instructor who will guide you as you follow along. Though that is the case, you can still customize the painting to your own liking (in terms of colors and painting styles). It was so cool to see everyone's unique take of the painting afterwards. We all had a blast! This is such a nice indoor activity for those cold Chicago days. Since there is an instructor, this is a good activity for everyone; those who are more artistically skilled and even for first-timers heheh. TIP: If it's your birthday, you also get to choose a pre-painted painting for free to take home!

On top of all of that, the store itself was designed in a very fun way; my personal favorite piece was the "girl boss" on the wall. The back of the location had selfie walls and games for people to engage in post-painting. I had an amazing time and hope to be back for another event soon!! I would highly recommend this experience for both small and large groups. Thank you Jessica!!

My friend, however, had never tried painting before, so I spent some time helping her with the drawing and explaining the steps along the way. The idea is great for a fun outing with friends, especially if you enjoy creative activities and want to try something different. For someone who has never painted before, I would recommend providing a little more step-by-step guidance at the beginning, as it could make the experience more comfortable and enjoyable for complete beginners. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed the evening. I would definitely consider coming back for another painting session.
