We even vibed a lil while watching wheel of fortune & jeopardy. Lol they said i was good and showed go on the show... they lady who did my pedicure can work on scrubbing the feet a lot more. I was seated next to a nail tech nailed Theresa and she was being very rude and obnoxious , i told my nail tech i didn't want the drill and theresa said loudly speaking to her i didn't want it and from there on out it was a problem. She kept butting into conversations that didn't involve her, my nail tech heard me and understood me clearly so there was no reason for that. Pedicure lady was rude from the start, clearly talking and laughing about us. Did not do a good job at all on my feet, was rough and still missed spots. Not a massage in sight. She used a used foot pumice on me (type 1 diabetic) I asked her and she said it was new (had indents and was sitting on her stand already open, it was used) still nasty either way. Used a wooden brush to scrub that had black mold (wood and water never a good idea). Put metal foot rasp on the ground and put it to my sisters foot multiple times. My soak off bowl had another persons dirty nails in the acetone) To top it off the equipment that the reuse (definitely shouldn't) was only rinse not even sanitized and watched her use it on the next person while my nails were drying. I'm surprised I didn't see reviews on infections from here. 3 stars only because my manicure lady was amazing she was quick and did such an amazing job and was very nice. This used to be my go-to salon for YEARS. They weren't the best, but as good as you're gonna get in Roseville. After my last visit and us getting sick of being told it would only be an hour wait, only to wait 2 hours and have people go ahead of us that got there much much later than us, I finally got upset and said something. Well of course they don't like that, so they kicked us out and banned us! I am so GLAD THEY DID!! This is by far my favorite combination yet!!! #6 is the lady that took care of me and I will definitely be requesting her from now on! I'm shocked this place has poor reviews! Maybe it depends on the technician you go to. I've been going to #17 for months and he is the BEST. He will do any shape/style you want absolutely perfect and he takes his time- I mean seriously takes his time, I spend usually 1.5 or 2 hours here including my wait to see him since they don't do appointments. I really wish they had appointments because it is frustrating waiting for your nail tech, especially if they just started with someone. They are quite pricey when it comes to gel/Shellac. For a pedicure with shellac they add an additional $20! I got a shellac full set with a shellac pedicure and my total was $85! They say their regular acrylic set is only $18. They don't have tips on credit/debit card so you have to bring cash. :/ read more

To get a fill in and shiny gold color.they didnt have any colors in gold that werent glitter ugh and had to use 2 diff polishes because they wouldnt cover the red, or pay 15$ for chrome.The girl didnt take my original polish off so the red shows thru. She was ready to paint them and i looked at them and noticed that the edges were super ragged. So i asked her politely to put more acrylic in and make them look better please and she did. I walked out and walked right back in because they were done so crappy even still ( not to my cuticles and some spots not even covered. A different employee told me to come back the next day. They always had good customer service and friendly techs I had my favorites and usually wait for them to be available but today I got stuck with Tim for my pedicure, BIG MISTAKE! I should have known right when I walked in but I was desperately overdue for my mani pedi and my usual salon is closed for another 10 days. Not even 5 mins later they seated another lady there. They didn't clean the basin or wipe anything off no nothing. So as my gal is getting all the polish off my skin I politely tell the lady who sat down next to me..."you may want to ask them to spray the basin and tools down with alcohol a lady just left this chair and they cleaned nothing". These people are jokes. My friend spent so money to get her acrylic on, just for 1 of the nails to break off within the first week. She goes in to get that 1 nail fixed and the "technician" takes it upon himself to take the nail polish off for every nail. Then he grabs the gel to begin the fill in, after fixing the 1 broken nail. She persistently told him she only wanted to get her 1 broken nail fixed, even writing the description of her visit in the sign in booklet. After calling in Danny who answered the phone, said we were making the entire story up and then hung up the phone. These people are unprofessional and have absolutely 0 bedside manners. Been to this nail salon twice AND NEVER AGAIN! the first time I went I had the guy that sits all the way in the back by the sink rt side of the shop, he was TERRIBLE. he asked me to pay b4 I washed my hands I'm talking the nail dust still on my hands from Filing (RUDE) I've ALWAYS paid AFTER u wash, right b4 polish. I had to dust what I could off my hands and reach in my pockets to pay b4 I could wash my hands. When finished he let me gather my own items to carry over to the dryer thus I messed up a nail and when I asked him to fix it he didn't. First I'll say that the prices are very reasonable and I've never had to wait. I have had a good pedicure here before as well. Unfortunately, I haven't been as lucky with their fill-ins. On three separate occasions I've been disappointed with how they do my nails. They put the acrylic on so thick and don't sand them down enough. They look like thick blobs instead of natural looking nails. I understand they want to get you in and get you out but it doesn't take much more time to do a good job and keep the customer happy. This place has a lot going for it: good location, reasonable prices, nicely decorated modern appearance but if they continue to cut corners they will lose customers. read more

While doing my acrylics the lady never cleaned up the polish she got on my skin.. she told me to go to the dryer and I said "no clear coat?" That being said, I found them to be good & efficient with competitive pricing. The downfall is they don't accept appointments. I didn't go on weekends. Had the worst experience ever! My sister and I went here on Friday 04/09/2021 usually we go to the place on frazho they were closed unfortunately so we tried to find a quick alternative and I can honestly say I usually avoid this place at all cost but it was down the street from my house I thought things would be different since it's been a few years since I've went there. My sister and I sat at seat 9 and 10 and I can say with complete confidence they had no idea what they were doing, I came in with a full set and one broken nail and I just wanted the nails taken off and a shellac full set and my toes painted with shellac. The women told me she could do a fill in but I told her it was fine and that she could give me a fresh set but she insisted. So I said okay that's fine, when the women began to file my nails I knew something was off when she flipped my hand around and filed all my nails from the opposite way she was very rough pushing my cuticles back, filing my skin and when she used the saw she was so aggressive that she cut me twice back to back. When I asked her to stop so I could dab the blood to prevent a infection she wouldn't stop and insisted on finishing each nail with the saw while two of my fingers are bleeding. At this point I'm freaking out my nails are raw and this women truly didn't care that she cut me and it was so nonchalant she didn't even apologize or acknowledge it, just moved along to the next nail, So eventually I pulled my hand back and grabbed a piece of paper towel to take care of it myself . The one nail she had to put on she could not shape or match with the other nails and I had to ask numerous times for her to fix it and she kept saying the shape isn't going to be the same, but my nail was so crooked it's was a noticeable difference from that nail and all the rest, I literally had a crocodile finger and she just kept saying the shape wouldn't be the same. I then asked my sister if they were straight and she said no it wasn't so I asked her to keep shaping it, that's when her and the women next to her began talking in another language where it almost sounded as if she was mocking me, saying the same thing repeatedly , while I obviously had no way to confirm that, to say the least I did not feel welcomed or appreciated after all that she charged me $74. I've honestly never felt so finessed in my life, and when I asked her to explain why it was so much she charged me $41 to do a fill in, one nail and shaping and $35 to PAINT my toes. After I left I really contemplated going back and asking for them to re do it but I just couldn't even bring myself to argue with them, they will NEVER get my business again and if you can help it don't ever sit at seat 10! read more
