Nice wine bar in the aboredum area. There is plenty of shared parking and they sale beer. The beer selection is extensive and you can get packs or single beers. The prices are decent and the staff is friendly. The food is pretty good. We had the pizza spinach and goat cheese was tasty and the arugula salad with chicken was plentiful. There is a television. They ship to places in NC. It would be great if they stored board games here. Hope you enjoy!

To start with, Saturday nights here are cool beans. Or should I say "cool cats". Because it's when the cool jazz cats come out and belt out some rhythm and blues. If I'm not doing much, I drop by and order a small bite and a pint. Plenty of humdrum noise to read to and wait until the jams start. There is a huge list of beer - 20+ taps if I recall correctly. To-date I haven't been denied a beer because some tap ran empty. Lots of variety from all over the state and the country. Nevermind that this is also a bottle shop. That being bottles of both beer and wine. There's both indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of it. Conveniently a cigar shop is next door if that fits your drunken fancy. Prices are honestly a bit high but I guess that's just them taking full advantage of the clientele in the area. Food quality isn't bad either. Staff has always been relaxed, polite and friendly. If you're looking for a chill night they're always here for you.

We discovered the rich, white, 50-something Mecca last night and it is called Vintner's Wine Market! Seriously, folks. I've never seen so many middle-aged, wealthy white people crammed in one place. The Arboretum is a strange, strange place. Vintner's is pretty much the same concept as Common Market, Good Bottle, Bulldog, etc. just plopped down in far South Charlotte. If you put this same shop in Plaza Midwood or South End, the crowd would be SO different. Anyways, I digress. Let's talk about the food and alcohol, shall we? An impressive wine selection lines the walls of the entire shop. They also have 15+ taps of craft beer, which was our picked poison for the night. They'd recently had an Allagash tap takeover, so 5 of the beers were from the Maine brewery. No complaints here, I love the Allagash Dubbel! Ted found a couple IPAs he was happy with. As we explored the shop, we were also thrilled to find the motherload of Burial cans and bottles. I suppose the Arbo crowd doesn't realize what a treasure trove they have in their back yard? I'm talking Bolo, Surf Wax, Hawks Bill... Cases and cases of it all. We took home a few sixers. After a couple beers, we needed a snack, so ordered a few cheeses and the salami sampler. It really hit the spot. They really have some super cheese selections! Be sure to try out the Sottocenere Black Truffle and UAV Smoked Mozzarella. Mmmmmmmm!

Great experience. Brought my friend for her birthday and we spent hours catching up over wine and cheese. Perfect evening chilaxing. She enjoyed the cheeses and the mushroom flatbread. Bartender was so endearing and lovely.

If coming here daily was acceptable we would. All the pizzas are amazing and we crave them. Everything is perfectly delicious. Not to mention the variety of beer and wine. A must try place, if not a regular.

Amazing knowledgeable staff with an excellent selection of craft beer and wine. They also have a menu with Charcuterie boards, flat breads, and BBQ duck wings! Definitely 5 stars!

Big craft beer selection. And on tap also. Wicked weed, Lenny boy, triple c, omb, sugar creek, etc

I can definitely say that this one is just as amazing! I've always been a big fan of their board and bottle deal and my favorite wine at Postino's is their Perfekt wine. It's perfect! If it's your first time here, you definitely have to try the bruschetta because it's the best I've had. You'll get to choose four different types among your board. My favorite bruschettas are the prosciutto and fig, the smoked salmon, the burrata, and the apple and brie. I also recommend the skewers. They are always cooked to perfection. If you're not the biggest wine aficionado, they also have cocktails and beers (and of course water, soda, mocktails). I believe they still do a special for beer pitchers and they have a good draft list.

They have a great opportunity to select from 50% of wine bottles so Michelle and I selected a Franciscan CabSav from San Miguel, Ca just south of Napa near the Paso Robles area. Just an EXCELLENT choice we concluded, you will NOT be disappointed with this selection with hints of black cherry, carmel and coconut. We settled into one of their many rooms and selected a table where we could order from their menu with a nice selection of appetizers, salads, hand helds and small bites. Before I get into the food coma portion of this review, I want to set the tone…read more I'm a big believer in giving restaurants real, honest feedback. Not Yelp-warrior nonsense. Actual constructive feedback. This industry is brutal. No one opens a restaurant hoping to disappoint people. I also live by the phrase "don't knock it until you've tried it." If a first visit doesn't hit my expectations, I'll give a place one more shot before forming a solid opinion. That feels fair to me. Some may disagree. To each their own. This is where Napa comes in. I admin a very large, very active, highly curated Charlotte Facebook group called Charlotte Foodies. Napa kept popping up in posts with glowing praise. A couple of friends and I were indecisive on where to eat one night and made a last-minute call to check it out. Our first visit, if I'm being honest, was a letdown. The dishes were beautifully plated and the service was wonderful, but the flavors felt dull. Safe. Muted. We left disappointed. I considered writing about it but stopped myself. One visit isn't a verdict. We didn't reach out to management because we hoped it was just an off night and planned to give them another shot. Then the universe did its thing. I connected with someone closer to Napa's management team. After hearing about my experience, they asked for honest feedback. I gave it. No sugarcoating. Just constructive criticism. To their credit, management was receptive and invited me back to try their newly launched menu to show that what I experienced was not their standard. I'm really glad I went back. Because Napa at Stonecrest absolutely redeemed themselves. The restaurant itself is beautiful. Warm woods, deep green banquettes, soft lighting, and oversized fabric pendant lights that somehow make everyone look better than when they walked in. Cozy without being cramped and energetic without being loud. You sit down and instantly feel relaxed. This time around, we told our server to let the GM drive and bring out what best showcases Napa right now. Risky move. Correct move. We started with the bacon flatbread. Soft but sturdy crust that holds up to the toppings, a respectable amount of mozzarella, big bacon lardons that actually taste like bacon, pearl onions that stay sweet and restrained, and the perfect amount of hot honey for heat and balance. Nothing overpowered anything else. The ahi tuna tartare was one of the better versions I've had in Charlotte. Huge portion for the value with clean, precise knife work. The avocado purée with citrus vinaigrette complemented the chilled tuna without overpowering it. The house-fried wonton chips were light and not greasy. We ran out of chips and I shamelessly spooned the remaining tuna straight into my mouth. The herb whipped goat cheese nailed it. We've tried a lot of whipped cheese dips around town and many miss the mark. This one was creamy, thick, and balanced, not soupy or overworked. The herbs, hot honey, and spiced almonds all played nicely together, and the crispy crostini were the perfect vehicle. Easily shareable for a table of three and would make a great weekday lunch paired with the tuna tartare. For entrées, the crusted halibut was perfectly seasoned with a beautiful crust. It almost ate like a pan-seared chicken breast until it flaked and reminded you it was fish. Creamy risotto underneath gave sophisticated mac-and-cheese vibes, with blistered pearl onions, roasted carrots, and a drizzle of olive oil tying it all together. The mushroom sugo pappardelle, which is gluten-free and vegetarian, was the most talked-about dish of the night. Deep, layered flavor with incredible balance. The marsala sauce had real depth and a gentle peppery warmth. One of my dining partners normally avoids mushrooms and said he would absolutely order this again and recommend it. The Napa fried chicken delivered. Perfectly crispy but still light, juicy inside with just the right seasoning. Smooth garlic mashed potatoes underneath and a tasso gravy that was salty, savory, and slightly spicy. It gave elevated chicken cordon bleu vibes without the cheese. The charred broccolini was excellent on its own but even better dragged through the gravy. Dessert damage was done. All hits. No filler. The flourless three-layer chocolate mousse cake was my favorite. No question. Each layer brought a different deep chocolate texture, and the handmade whipped cream kept it from feeling heavy. Please give me another one to take home so I can maintain an emergency stash. The crème brûlée with candied pecans had a perfect crack on the sugar top, subtle sweetness underneath, silky custard, and that extra sweet crunch from the pecans. Classic and executed exactly how it should be. The apple caramel cheesecake is the cheesecake I dream about. New York-style. Ultra-creamy, no grit, no nonsense. The apple tasted like real fruit, the caramel didn't hijack the plate, and there was just enough crust to balance everything. If cheesecake is your thing, pa
