We are an assisted living community, and having a safe, reliable elevator is absolutely critical…read morefor the well-being and independence of our residents. Unfortunately, we struggled for years with Thyssenkrupp (TK Elevator). It often took weeks for them to respond to service calls, leaving our elderly residents stressed, frustrated, and in some cases unable to get where they needed to go. We received constant complaints from families and staff, and it created a real sense of urgency and helplessness in our building. Thankfully, we found Northern Elevator Company -- and the difference has been night and day. They came in and fully modernized our elevator with a brand-new control system, and since then, everything has been running smoothly. No more calls about a stuck elevator. No more worried residents or families. Just peace of mind knowing we can rely on our elevator when we need it most. Northern Elevator has been responsive, professional, and a true partner in keeping our community safe and mobile. We're so grateful to have made the switch and highly recommend them to any facility where elevator reliability isn't optional -- it's essential. --Ivy Park at Cathedral Hill

And even then, they weren't confident that the issue would be solved. I found Northern Elevator after searching online and reaching out. They came out, quickly diagnosed the real issue, and discovered it was simply a $20 relay. They fixed the elevator the same day and got everything back up and running. I worked with Kevin and Robert. Their honesty, professionalism, and expertise saved us thousands of dollars and a huge headache. We couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend Northern Elevator.

We are very happy we made the switch over to Bleyle. We are very happy with the service we have been receiving. Everyone at Bleyle Elevator is friendly and helpful. Victor took time to explain and answer my technical questions. I always felt like a valued customer. I wish to give a big shout out and thank you to our Technician Mike. He is great person to work with. He is always friendly, at our building every month to perform the monthly service and he never hesitates to answer my questions. And we have had to deal with a number of elevator companies that have gouged us because of it. There is a lot of money involved, continuous safety issues to consider, and everything comes to a standstill when elevators don't run. ESR IS THE BEST. We have had to replace two elevator systems in three separate buildings. We love these guys. They are fair and honest and bend over backwards to take care of their customers. We have experienced other companies that were costly and slow to respond. It is scary when an HOA is looking to expend hundred's of thousands of dollars to replace elevators but for us it was a required expense. So I can't say enough good things about ESR. I am so happy we choose them and we plan to stick with them for years to come. We trust them completely. You can't go wrong.

Do not recommend Altec Laundry Service or All Appliance Service…read more Working with owner Al Donikian and bookkeeper Brenda Fisher has been an absolute nightmare. They have zero customer service skills, behave completely unprofessionally, and operate with zero integrity. Here is a summary of our experience: * Faulty Equipment & Gaslighting: The machines repeatedly malfunctioned. Instead of fixing them, they blamed our tenants or absurdly claimed that the quarters being used were "crooked." * Refusal to Modernize: They refused to upgrade to a Wi-Fi/app payment system because Brenda, the bookkeeper (who is also the owner's significant other), claimed she couldn't track "frequent small amounts." When we finally terminated the contract, they tried to backpedal by saying they could do Wi-Fi pay--but only if we raised the price per load by an outrageous $1.50. * Breach of Contract: Our contract explicitly mandated monthly payouts. They regularly sent our laundry income late and are currently 5 months behind on our account. They also refused to let us out of our contract early despite our extreme dissatisfaction. * Unannounced Removal & Theft: We followed the contract perfectly, sending a certified termination letter 90 days prior to expiration. We emailed to confirm the scheduled pickup for August 29. They ignored the email, and on August 24, tenants in our 16-unit building notified us the machines were gone. They stole 5 days of laundry service from our building without warning. * Abusive Communication: When called out on the early removal, Al claimed his mover had an "emergency" and had to take them early. When asked if we would be reimbursed for the lost days, Al literally yelled, "You will get nothing, it's done, they're removed, you will get nothing!" Altec Laundry and All Appliance Service are run by dishonest thieves who have no business operating a company. Save yourself the stress and legal headaches--stay far away.

They should really commit to get back to customers, it shouldn't take multiple calls and text, just to get a response. I support all other 1 star reviews for this business.
