They have to go very far away to get a replacement part, a part that I'd think they should have on hand, since there should be a record of the issue that we are having. But, although they can be frustrating. I don't know if they are the issue, or the company calling them is the issue. I also wonder if the issue is that we are a small housing association and they are choosing to focus on the multi-million dollar buildings in the city. Is that why they come to our association after hours, for an "extra fee"? Or is it because they were called late.
