We went for lunch very peaceful! Service was quick and very good. Food was excellent. We shared the beef stroganoff and a salad. The split portions were large and nicely appointed. Will be back soon

Ate here on a Saturday night for a belated dinner. We made reservations and arrived a little early and we're seated promptly. We were seated in a big booth which I liked because I like the privacy and space. Interior was tastefully done. Just the right amount of class without over doing it. My girlfriend loved her salmon. My filet mignon was cooked perfectly as med rare and it was very good and seasoned to my liking. The lobster tail a good size and was also on point. I will say our sides were a room temp when we got our plates. Our server did let us know of a delay of getting our plates because they had to redo the lobster tail because didn't come out to the chefs liking (which I do appreciate, because the lobster was so good and wasnt rubbery). The sides were very average. We had creme brulee for dessert and it was ok. I just had Trader Joe's flan the night before and it was really good, so I thought the creme brulee would satisfy my craving. I would go with the TJ flan over this brulee. Overall, it was a nice meal, the main dishes were really good, minus the room temp sides. I will say this, this last time I had steak and lobster together was at Ruth's Chris, I remember that the lobster tail was small and over cook and my steak was good, but could have been better. So the Surf and Turf here is a win for me.

First time ever visiting this place. My boss was in town so we had lunch here. Walking in the place felt very upscale. It was a nice relaxing vibe. The staff was top notch! They made us feel like royalty. They took care of us from start to finish always checking on us. The menu was very interesting. The first thing that stood out to me was the octopus. Yes you read right, octopus. I was surprised. Being out here in the desert that's a rare find. Then again I don't do much sea food so maybe I haven't seen it around. My boss ended up ordering it for us to try. What an experience. I'd never had it before. It was very chewy but with the seasoning, it was actually better than I'd expected. I ended up going with the Red Bird Chicken plate. Not gonna lie I thought it was a chicken sandwich. Turned out I was a whole dish. I liked how crispy the chicken breading was. The sauce and potatoes were fairly good. The sauce had a creamy flavor. I was hoping for more of an Alfredo but it was ok. The bar table was lit up, with the fountain as the backdrop it was really pretty. It's a bit pricey but it was quite an experience.

Friendly staff, and pretty spot but food quality doesn't match the price. Ordered the rib eye which came well seasoned and cooked- but the carrots were undercooked and too hard and mash was flavorless, while the Oscar béarnaise was pure liquid butter- and the menu didn't state it was made with red chili but strangely came with it and was unusually spicy. Salad with chicken came with overcooked chicken and drowning in dressing. Enjoyed the wine and cocktail but wouldn't return for food.

Very nice place. Service was good but this was the first time we were there for lunch and I hate to say it was overpriced and not that good. The wedge salad was salty and the Caesar salad was good but I added chicken and it was extremely dry , the green chili stew was a combination of green chili stew and tortilla soup, the beef appetizer was $27 which I don't mind but the beef was spread on butter thin with lots of greens on top so it was like we got a third salad. I have been here for dinner and the food has been amazing. I was extremely disappointed this visit

Hubs and I ended up here randomly while shopping in the area. I was worried about the dress code because there was a sign on the hostess stand saying that dress code was enforced but the staff said we were dressed fine to come in for lunch. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We started by ordering the Calamari which was a tad rubbery usually from overcooking but overall was still very tasty. I ordered the Vintage Club Sandwich with Onion Rings and a side of Ranch. My sandwich was very delicious and hearty - I had to take 1/2 home to enjoy later. My hubby ordered the Fish & Chips with sweet potato fries & a Cole slaw which I did get to try. The fish was super tender and flavorful I just wish that the batter had stayed on but unfortunately it just fell right off - it had a very mushy wet texture. The sweet potato fries were absolutely yummy and crunchy and the Cole slaw had the perfect contrast for the fish. The restaurant was very nice and comfortable and I love the soft lighting. The price for the 2 lunch dishes was very reasonable. The appetizer was a little more expensive. I do feel that for the price point they need a little more attention to detail on how the food is cooked. Overall we enjoyed our meal besides the couple of hiccups we encountered.

Recently I was invited to attend dinner with friends at this restaurant. Although I had been to places close by, I had never noticed this place. It's on the NE corner of a "strip mall" area. There is nothing that draws your attention to it - besides its name over the doors. I was in for a surprise. As I stepped in through the front doors I felt like I had stepped through a time & elegance warp. It immediately reminded me of the elegant restaurants my Father used to take us to around the country. And this one was in Albuquerque, NM - he would have loved it! So . . . gold metal for ambiance! Service was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. I'll give them points for the fact that it was the middle of the afternoon and we were a large group. Only one server was (available?) to take care of us. She did a good job, but could have used a little assistance. We were so busy talking to each other (and were not in a hurry) that it wasn't probably noticed by anyone but me. Bronze here. Food & wine definitely passed with flying colors. They had one of my favorite wines (Kim Crawford sauvignon blanc, so I was happy. All the meals around the table seemed to be more than satisfactory. I heard comments of "We need to come back here again so I can try the '**' next time. Only have room for one lunch." I will happily come back again and try some of the other great sounding menu items. Of course, I will have more Kim Crawford sb next time. No reason to experiment with great wine. And, who knows, I may find a perfect dish too. Definitely Silver.

Atmosphere is great! Very classy and nice. Makes you feel like you are in a modern yet vintage restaurant. Food wasn't bad either! The app was okay, but my sandwich was at least fresh. We went for lunch and the server was pretty attentive. We didn't have the best attire for this place, but they still served us. We would definitely like to come back, enjoy the patio, and see what dinner is like.

After several days on vacation, I wanted a steak dinner. After going up on the Sandia Peak Tramway earlier, I looked for a local steakhouse in Albuquerque. Vintage 423 was recommended by the Google AI. I noticed a shaded upstairs outdoor bar. I learned it was open Fri-Sun. I sat near the bar. I was hoping to have some wine from New Mexican wineries, but only craft beers were available. I was by Ella on her first day out of training. I got a Vanilla Cherry Old Fashioned. Nice and strong. I added a Shrimp Cocktail. 4 large shrimp served on ice. Perfect. Next was the Baby Beetroot salad with a Smoked 46 cocktail. It was made with Maker Mark's bourbon, Auchuentoshan Three Wood Scotch, sweet vermouth, angostura bitters, luxardo cherry and smoked. A great drink. I opted for the 9oz Filet Mignon with fingerling potatoes and a glass of 2020 Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon. Excellent steak grilled perfectly and a sweet tasting smooth Cabernet.

We came to Vintage for lunch today. It had been a while since we had been there. My husband had the chicken sandwich and fries. My son had the pasta carbonara and I had the beef stroganoff. The chicken sandwich tasted fine but the multiple chicken pieces were a bit over fried. It was disappointing that it was not a single chicken breast. The fries were fine. The pasta carbonara tasted fine. The sauce was very thick and rich. My son said he liked it but I don't think he will get it again. I had the beef stroganoff. It was good. The pasta was soft but not mushy. The beef was great. It was tender and flavorful. We also had dessert. My son had the banana pannacotta. It was good but just an average banana pudding. My husband had the apple pie. It was good. I had the Mille fuelle. It was disappointing. It was layers of phyllo with cream and white & dark chocolate according to the menu. There was no dark chocolate and it was very sweet. The service was good, a little slow but friendly. Overall we had a mixed experience with the food and of course it's expensive. You can be the judge if it's worth it.

To be honest, I felt the restaurant was extremely basic. The menu was very simple and lacked originality. There wasn't 1 specialty that would really make this place worth coming back for. The service was extremely slow despite the restaurant being really slow, but the ambiance seemed ok. For the price, it's really not worth it in my opinion.

Couldn't keep myself from taking a bite of Key Lime pie.
    Robert K.

Food was excellent, decor and ambiance quite good, a little noisy but it's Friday night. Service was top tier from the waitress and busser. Had the tasty beef stroganoff and key lime pie. The pie was very good with a good chewy crust and sour enough filling to make the sweet pop. Only loss of the star was the fact that their dress code is completely ignored. I went out of my way for the upscale place partly because of the dress code yet next to me is a guy in a sports track suit and a baseball cap on backwards. Either don't have a dress code or enforce it.

    Salmon Caesar salad

Server was kind but didn't check on us too much it took quite a long time to get waters, drinks and food. (It was a holiday so understand that had an effect on this, but it was pretty empty). Cute ambiance, cute vibes. Food was less than 2 stars for sure. Nachos were shredded cheese melted on chips with a teaspoon of meat. didn't prefer the artichoke dip and dry chicken. Salmon was good tho, perfectly cooked and good crispy skin without being dry. Probs would not return

    The wine rack.

This charming little bistro near the south end of Old Town is elegant, welcoming, and truly a hidden gem. Having convenient on-site parking was a nice bonus, and we were warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived. Our server, Christopher, made the evening even more memorable. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He also took the time to recommend several local restaurants and places to visit, which we really appreciated. We started with the mussels, and they were outstanding--fresh, tender, and served in a rich, spicy butter broth with perfectly toasted crusty bread for dipping. My cedar plank salmon was cooked beautifully, full of flavor, and paired with a delicious chorizo risotto. My husband ordered the filet mignon, and after trying a bite, I can understand why he said it was one of the best steaks he's ever had. The mushroom risotto and seasonal vegetables were the perfect complement, and the fresh salad with homemade dressing was a great start to the meal. To top off the evening, the staff surprised me with a three-flavor sherbet dessert complete with a birthday candle and a thoughtful personalized birthday card. It was such a sweet touch that made me feel truly celebrated. We couldn't leave without trying the German chocolate cake, and it was the perfect ending to an unforgettable dinner. Everything from the food to the service exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back and try more of the menu the next time we're in town.

Crispy Brussels sprouts had great flavor but way too much cayenne pepper (which adds nothing but heat) my husband ate them but said he would prefer less heat. I had 2 bites and gave up. Baked brie was amazing I loved the granny Smith apples! My husband loved them too. We also got the hummus duo which has dates on it and I used a date in the brie that was fantastic! I'll ask for that next time! It was the bomb. Hummus duo was good the watermelon radish was beautiful on the plate but gave both hummus a bitter flavor. Shrimp and grits. We live in Alabama currently and this was our least favorite dish of the day. Shrimp were cooked well and so were the grits but there was just something else it needed. Parmesan cheese and some onions maybe. Greek salad delicious. The flash fried chick peas made it. We needed more dressing and the wait staff was prompt and sweet about it. Spicy Lime Ceasar was ok till he requested more dressing then it was amazing. I was afraid of ordering it but the dressing wasn't too spicy . White sangria I had was disappointing it was more of a 1995 wine spritzer than a wine infused with citrus which is the very essence of sangria. It was ok and had I ordered a wine spritzer I would say yummo but I ordered sangria. Pork Belly flat bread was the winner of the night the tomato jam made that dish. I would love more on it next time but we will definitely be ordering that dish again! Yes we had a lot of left over food! But I love sampling a menu and this menu has a lot to offer. We will be back to try 4 or five other things. I look forward to my return.

In a rare turn of events, both kids got the same thing, the Korean chicken bites with the sauce on the side, which was a great decision bc it did have a kick to it. The chicken itself was a bit dry. Both adults also got the pork belly flatbread. I found it a bit unbalanced with too much sauce and not enough other toppings, and the base wasn't as crispy as I prefer. Speaking of crispy, we opted for the appetizer brussel sprouts, and they were a bit chewy and on the not so super crispy side. Service was fine, and glad to have a little break from heavier New Mexican cuisine on this night. Lots of variety on the cocktail and adult beverage menu too.

After several locals recommended Antiquity, we quickly learned why reservations are so hard to come by. We couldn't secure a table on our actual anniversary, but managed to get one a couple of nights later, and it was well worth the wait. From the outside, Antiquity is understated. Step inside, however, and you're immediately welcomed into a warm, intimate atmosphere that feels like a hidden gem tucked away in Old Town Albuquerque. Owner Steve, who has been running the restaurant for nearly three decades, greeted us personally. His passion for hospitality was evident from the moment we arrived. While we waited briefly for our table, he took time to learn about us, ask what types of food we enjoy, and offer thoughtful menu recommendations. The restaurant itself is charming and authentic, with an old-world steakhouse feel that perfectly complements the historic New Mexico setting. Many of the tables and booths are arranged to create private, intimate dining spaces, making it an ideal choice for special occasions. We were touched when Steve seated us at what he called the "anniversary table," complete with a small scattering of heart confetti, despite our celebration having technically passed. Service throughout the evening was exceptional. Rather than relying on a single server, the entire staff worked seamlessly together. Water glasses were never less than half full, empty plates disappeared almost instantly, and every member of the team seemed genuinely invested in ensuring guests had a memorable experience. Even the kitchen staff engaged warmly with diners, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. As for the food, it exceeded every expectation. We started with oysters on the half shell, which my husband thoroughly enjoyed. I upgraded to the special salad, a beautiful combination of greens, apples, strawberries, mandarin oranges, walnuts, bacon, and a creamy mini brie, all brought together with a delicious pear vinaigrette. For our entrée, we chose the Châteaubriand for two. It was expertly prepared, carved tableside, and cooked perfectly. Every recommendation we received was spot-on, and the meal was so impressive that before leaving, I made another reservation for later that week just so I could return and try more of the menu before our trip ended. Antiquity offers beer and wine rather than a full bar, which was perfectly fine for us and fit the restaurant's classic, understated character. This is not an inexpensive dinner, nor should it be. What you're paying for is exceptional food, genuine hospitality, flawless service, and an atmosphere that is increasingly difficult to find. Antiquity doesn't simply serve dinner, it creates an experience. If you're visiting Albuquerque and looking for a memorable meal, especially for a special occasion, this restaurant deserves a spot at the very top of your list.

Very unassuming on the outside. Inside, you can tell it's an established place that's been around for a while. Arrived a few minutes early for our celebratory reservation and were seated right away in a quiet, private book surrounded by art and dim lighting. For starters, my gumbo was good, and his salad looked as good as it tasted. For entrees, husband got sucked in by the specials and ordered the schnitzel, which (to quote Shania) didn't impress me much. To clarify, there was nothing wrong with it, but I've had a lot of schnitzel, and it just failed to stand out. I kept to the classics with a filet mignon. To my surprise, it left the same impression. Again, absolutely nothing wrong with it - cooked well, quality cut, etc. - but I've had more memorable steaks at High Noon Saloon. *shrug* Highlight: The servers were exceptional. Lowlight: The sconce / light fixture over our table was in need of a dusting. Overall: A lovely evening to toast my guy's significant professional achievement. Would recommend if you find yourself stuck in the rut of bad service when dining out. Antiquity's dinner service will remind you how a night on the town is supposed to feel!
